本研究將探討生產製程標準化及客製化之企業,與企業外籍勞工的人力資源管理系統之間的關係。研究結果發現,當企業生產製程技術趨向標準化,企業愈不重視外籍勞工訓練管理應用有顯著負向影響。當企業生產製程技術趨向標準化流程,企業愈不重視外籍勞工行為績效評估應用有負向影響。此外,當企業生產製程技術趨向標準化,企業則愈不重視外籍勞工薪資激勵應用有顯著負向影響。
The study explores the relationship between the standardization/ customization of manufacturing processes the human resource control of foreign labors. The results show that when the manufacturing process technology tends to be standardized, the enterprise pay less attention to the training controls of foreign labor. In addition, when the manufacturing process tends to be standardized, the enterprise pays little attention to the foreign labors’ incentive controls.
