Inner Taipei city had became the new center and investors' target after Chin dynasty. Inner Taipei changes rapidly under Japan's rule, and that's why this study tried to explore the scenes' change in the inner Taipei city by genius loci. True /unseen/revealed means of space became social options using city spaces. It will never happen to me about experiencing and studying the changing cultural scenes without this study. Occasional glimpse never make me want to stay while cities are always cold and distance. It's especially hard to take cities as living creatures. Said that spaces have their textures, and gathered from fragments. Wondering on the streets, picking up things, looking at the pictures, collecting fragments of spaces and time, touching rough surfaces, and telling stories that never be told, are all involved in it.
