網際網路的應用己成為人類生活中不可缺之一,全球網際網路的普及化,帶動了網路電話蓬勃發展。本研究是探討某跨國汽車製造公司,組織中使用網路電話系統,員工對組織科技網路電話應用Softphone軟體電話使用的行為研究,藉科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model,TAM)有用性、易用性 和創新擴散理論(Diffusion of Innovations Theory,DOI)的相容性變數,探討個人態度、意圖、實際使用行為,分析部門群體間使用的差異。並以個案研究方式訪談企業不同部門使用者。本研究參考 Fred D. Davis, E.M. Rogers, 所提出之構面,以線上問卷發放方式進行,將資料回收加以分析,同時也將訪談結果,與資料一同驗證。
Abstract Internet applications have become an indispensable part of human life, the popularity of the global broadband Internet, led the Internet to flourish。 This study is to explore a multinational automobile manufacturing company, the organization uses an Internet telephony system,by using the technology acceptance model (TAM) usefulness, ease of use and Diffusion of Innovations Theory (DOI) compatibility variables, to explore personal attitudes, intentions, practical use of behavior, analyze the differences between departmental groups。 And interview the different departments of the enterprise by case study。 This study is based on Fred D. Davis, E.M. Rogers。 Which is presented by online questionnaire delivery, and the data is analyzed. The results of the interview are also validated together with the data.
