摘要
就現在的電子數位時代，期刊不僅可以用來宣傳公司的產品與服務，更是強化公司品牌認知和凝聚員工的向心力的工具。這也就是許多大型企業組織中必須設有內部刊物的原因，這類內部刊物的用途不只是讓員工知道公司的產品內容，或是公司內部的政令福利傳達，更是用來進行內部溝通，讓員工對自己的企業認識更深一層的重要工具。 如今，許多公司停掉了原本的紙本內部刊物，改用傳遞訊息簡易的電子報。這些企業內部網路系統，卻達不到原本的增進溝通目標，反而多半是視為傳遞訊息的佈告欄。因此每家好公司都應該維持自有的內部刊物以傳達企業組織的核心價值。 為了讓新進員工更能增進對公司的認識了解，本創作研究內容以打造工作生活平衡的型態來介紹佳世達科技公司的環境制度，並延伸至員工福利與身心健康等層面進行設計創作，希望能帶給公司內部讀者不一樣的閱讀經驗。
