台灣印刷電路板產業競爭策略之分析 —以A公司為例—

摘要


摘要 我國資訊電子產業在政府及業界的大力推動下,已躋身成為世界主要的生產供應國,許多資訊硬體產品在全球市場的佔有率高居第一,進而也相對地帶動印刷電路板等上游組件的需求。根據資策會的資料顯示,我國印刷電路板的產量與產值自1994年起已躍升成為全球第三大生產國,僅次於日本及美國。在3C產業、多媒體電腦與網際網路等資訊電子相關產業的蓬勃發展與帶動下,我國印刷電路板產業的成長與發展應具有相當的前景可。 印刷電路板產業為訂單式生產,需要配合下游電子產業產品週期短的特性,為克服「時間」的因素,使得有上下游產業關係的廠商位置相距不遠,由於消費市場的快速變遷的特性以及電子商品的生產技術不斷求新求變下,供應鏈上的所有廠商之間交流傳遞的不只是有形的原料產品,藉由地理空間上的鄰近性,廠商容易獲得生產供應鏈上的廠商及競爭對手的動態資訊,能夠找到最適合的合作夥伴,長期合作後培養出信任和默契,因而降低交易成本。 但到了2002年卻被中國大陸迎頭趕上而落居第四位,台灣的電路板產業有百分之八十五是群聚於桃園及鄰近地區,在印刷電路板產業快速成長、廠商競爭日趨激烈之際,傳統被動的接單方式已無法因應環境的衝擊與挑戰。基於此動機,本研究結合現有產業群聚的相關文獻與個案公司訪談方式,以桃園印刷電路板產業作為研究背景,針對個案公司從發展歷程、產銷運作及產業群聚運作等面向來探討個案公司與其他公司間關係。此印刷電路板產業群聚未來是否能繼續成長,生存在這之中的廠商該如何面對這競爭環境,如何利用群聚的力量,產生出何種競爭策略來面對環境。透過適當的策略管理程序,清楚認知市場所帶來的機會與威脅以及自身在產業中所處之競爭地位,將有助於廠商建立適切的經營策略,進而獲致良好的經營績效與成功的市場地位。並希望能從此研究過程中獲得相關成功經驗,以做為其他類似公司發展的參考。 關鍵字:競爭策略、產業群聚、印刷電路板

Abstract Our country information electron industry in the government and under the field vigorously impetus, advanced into into the world main production supply country, many computer hardware product MS is the first in global market, then also relatively drives the printed wiring board upstream and so on the module demand. Demonstrated according to the capital plan meeting material that, our country printed wiring board output and the output value jumped into the global third big producer country from 1994, is only inferior to Japan and US. In information electron correlation industry under and so on 3C industry, multimedia computers and Internet vigorous developments and the impetus, our country printed wiring board industry growth and the development should have the suitable prospect to be possible. The PCB industry for the order form type production, needs to coordinate the downstream electron industry product cycle short characteristic, for overcomes “the time” the factor, enables to have the upstream and downstream industry relations manufacturer position to be distanced not far, because the expense market fast vicissitude characteristic as well as the electronic commodity production technology strives for to strive for unceasingly to change newly, not only supplies on the chain between all manufacturers to exchange the transmission the visible raw material product, because of the geography space in neighbor, the manufacturer easy to obtain on the production supply chain the manufacturer and the competitor dynamic information, can find the most suitable partner, after the long-term cooperation raises the trust and the tacit understanding, thus reduces the transaction cost. But tried to catch up to in 2002 by mainland China falls occupies fourth, Taiwan's electric circuit board industry has 85% is actually the Taoyuan and is close to in the the area, in printed wiring board industry fast growth, manufacturer competition day by day intense time, the tradition passive meets the folk remedy type to be unable in accordance to the environment impact and the challenge. Based on this motive, this research union existing cluster related literature and the case company interview way, by the peach garden printed wiring board industry took the research background, from develops the course, the production and marketing operation and the industrial operation in view of the case company and so on faces discusses the case company to relate with other companies between. Whether this printed wiring board industry future will be able to continue to grow, how will survive should face this competition environment in this manufacturer, how will use the cluster strength, will have what kind of cluster strategy to come facing the environment. Penetrates the suitable strategy executive program, the clear cognition market will bring the opportunity and the threat as well as oneself locates the competition status in the industry position, will conducive toward favor the manufacturer establishment appropriate management strategy, then will obtain the good management achievements and the success market niche. And hoped can henceforth study in the process to obtain is connected the successful experience, take does as other similar corporate growth reference.
