鈣鈦礦太陽能電池的發展及未來展望

摘要


從2009年以來鈣鈦礦型太陽能電池為一種廣受關注的新型太陽能電池。鈣鈦礦太陽能電池是由許多不同的層組成,在兩個電極接觸層,具有吸附鈣鈦礦材料的多孔導電層,和空穴傳輸層。 鈣鈦礦太陽能電池是由染料敏化太陽能電池發展而來,並克服染料敏化太陽能電池缺點,以固態電洞傳輸材料取代液態電解液。 在新穎鈣鈦礦太陽能電池中,不可缺少的物質是一種有機金屬鈣鈦礦具有通用分子式為ABX3 ,是由中央陽離子(主要是鉛),甲基胺配體( CH3NH3 +),和三個鹵原子(主要是Cl和Br和I)所組成。 本文總結了近年來的鈣鈦礦型太陽能電池,其中包括鈣鈦礦太陽能電池的發展過程,不同製作鈣鈦礦薄膜的方法,並簡述鈣鈦礦電池未來的挑戰和前景的發展。目前最新鈣鈦礦電池已經朝無鉛系統發展,並利用鈣鈦礦材料輕薄軟的特性發展出可撓式柔軟基板。

Perovskite solar cells have gained attention and have been accepted as a new type of solar cell since 2009. A perovskite solar cell consists of many different layers, two electrode contact layers, porous conductive layer with adsorbed perovskite materials, and hole-transporting layer. They were evolved from the previous well-known dye sensitized solar cell. But they have overcome the challenge of DSSCs as they can be made as solid state solar cells without the requirement of an electrolyte in DSSCs. The novel and essential material in a perovskite solar cell is an organometallic perovskite with a generic molecular formula as ABX3, consisting of a central cation (predominately Pb), methyl amine ligands (CH3NH3+), and three halogen atoms (mainly Cl and Br and I). This article summarizes the perovskite solar cells in recent years , including the development of a perovskite solar cells , production of different perovskite thin film method , and briefly perovskite cell development challenges and future prospects. The latest lead-free perovskite cell system has been towards the development and use of perovskite thin soft material properties to develop the flexible soft substrates.
