基於語料庫之中醫華語詞彙大綱研究

中醫為一至今仍屹立不搖的傳統醫學，不斷地傳承及發展成一個完整的體系，蘊含了深厚的中華文化傳統哲學思想及豐富的天文地理知識。近年來中醫華語的課程規劃、教學原則、教材編制、理論研究等均有一定的成果，但仍存在一些不足處。相較於通用華語，中醫華語仍未有明確的大綱，像是詞彙大綱、教學大綱等，在中醫華語語料庫建置方面也亟待發展。詞彙大綱作為教學的指導、學習的輔助及教材編寫的依據，而專業華語語料庫的建置除了用於語言、自然語言研究外，對課堂教學及教材編寫也相當有助益。在目前中醫華語詞彙大綱尚未明確的情況下，為使中醫華語領域的教學及教材更臻完善，本研究「基於語料庫之中醫華語詞彙大綱研究」便十分有其必要性及參考性。本研究應用「將網路作為語料庫」（Web as Corpus）的概念，透過網路收集大量且真實的中醫相關語料。以自建小型中醫華語語料庫做為研究工具，分析中醫華語教材且參照中醫專業理論與典籍，整合篩選並試擬出切合的中醫華語基礎詞彙大綱，也將其分類並檢驗實用性。以期作為中醫華語教學與教材編纂的參考，及建立中醫華語詞彙大綱的未來可研究之方向。

Traditional Chinese medicine remains a conventional branch of medicine with solid foundation that has been continuously passed down and developed into a complete embodiment of Chinese culture, philosophy, and rich knowledge of astronomical geography. In recent years, there have been some achievements in curriculum planning, teaching principles, textbook development and theoretical research of traditional Chinese medicine, despite of some remaining shortcomings. Compared with general Chinese, the terminology of traditional Chinese medicine still has no definitive outline as guideline for vocabulary, teaching, etc., and there is an urgent need of development of a traditional Chinese medicine corpus. The vocabulary outline will serve as the guidance for teaching, the assistance of learning and the basis for the compilation of textbooks. In addition to developing a Chinese corpus of specific purpose for language and natural language research, it is also quite helpful for classroom teaching and textbook development. As the Chinese vocabulary outline for traditional Chinese medicine remains undefined, to facilitate teaching, including the teaching materials, this study to develop a “corpus-based vocabulary outline of TCM Chinese” became imperative and referential for future research and development. This research applied the concept of "Web as Corpus” to collect a large number of actual related database of traditional Chinese medicine terminology on the Internet. By using small self-built traditional Chinese medicine corpus as a research tool and analyzing textbooks, theories, literature and national standard of traditional Chinese medicine, the researcher would compile, categorize, and attempt to draw up a primary Chinese vocabulary outline of traditional Chinese medicine, which would be carefully graded, classified and tested for practicality. It is expected to serve as a reference for teaching and textbook compilation, as well as establishing a direction for future research on the Chinese vocabulary outline of traditional Chinese medicine.
