摘要

國內美甲業發展至今僅10 多年的光景，根據中華民國指甲彩繪美
容職業工會聯合會的研究指出，電子商務的應用在美甲業發展的過程中
占了極重要的角色，美甲業在早期，因資訊取得不易加上市場極為分
散，所以一直難發展為具規模的產業，但近幾年因電子商務的盛行加上
亞洲地區開始流行指甲彩繪，在網路資訊高速的曝光與更多的業者投
入，國內美甲市場開始快速成長，至今，據中華民國指甲彩繪美容職業
工會的研究指出，國內的美甲市場已達近10 億的經濟規模。
但快速的成長也引起更多的競爭者進入此市場，因而美甲業的競爭
也變的愈趨激烈，近幾年，由於電子商務的進入門檻逐年降低，許多的
美甲業者紛紛成立自己的電子商務網站，既有的廠商於過往所擁有的技
術優勢已逐漸喪失，因此更精準的確認自己在電子商務的競爭條件並加
強自已在電子商務的競爭優勢，就顯的相對的重要。
本研究將延續IS Model 理論基礎，透過相關文獻的收集並與美甲
業專業人仕研究，以建立一符合美甲網站品質的衡量準則，其建立的衡
量準則可作為美甲網站營運者營運上的參考，也可供美甲網站的設計者
作為設計上的設計基準，最終以協助國內美甲行業更健全發展。

Professional Nail Art Industry developed in Taiwan about ten years.
The NBAPU appointed out that E-Commerce has great impact during Nail
Art industry’s history.
The first Nail Salon began in 1994 according Cai Hua’s Study. But
only few people know this industry because highly expense and lower
information. Nail Art industry grow up since E-Commerce developed by it
advantage. But, fact growth brings the great competition. It is become more
important that the design of a commercial web site is aimed at the
company’s target market.
We try to identify what constitutes nail web site quality using an
Information Success Model: system quality, service quality and
attractiveness.
This paper fulfils the identification of web site quality and the
development and validation of its measure and offers a framework and
practical guidelines for Nails web site managers and web designers.
