應用於食道癌診斷之術前與術後吸收光譜特性分析

摘要


本研究的目的為分析正常與癌化食道組織的吸收光譜之間的差異,並建立一套分析食道組織吸收光譜的模型,以判別食道組織癌化的可能性。本研究使用的樣本為台大醫院所量測的多組人體正常與癌化食道檢體的吸收光譜。我們以正常檢體的吸收光譜定義標準光譜,並歸納標準光譜的特徵,以此特徵建立演算法分析各吸收光譜與標準光譜的相關性,用其區別正常與癌化組織的吸收光譜。在未來期待透過量測未知樣品的吸收光譜,並利用本研究建立之吸收光譜分析模型,可判別該組織的癌化可能,幫助醫學上食道癌之診斷。

purpose of this study is to analyze the differences between the absorption-spectra of normal and cancerous esophagus tissue so as to determine the possibilities of cancer esophageal specimens and establish an analytic model. In this study, normal and cancerous human esophageal specimens were provided by National Taiwan University Hospital. Absorption-spectra of the normal esophagus tissue are used for definition of standard-spectra. In order to distinguish absorption-spectra between normal and cancerous esophageal tissue, we conclude the characteristics of the standard spectrum and analysis the correlation between each absorption-spectra and standards-spectrum. We can determine the possibility of cancer of unknown samples using our analysis model. In the future, this method may benefit the medical diagnosis of esophageal cancer.
