金融科技響應式網站設計創作

摘要


近年來,不少年輕人相當關心財經理財資訊,越來越多金融交易,從實體櫃檯轉移到網路平台,金融業的服務方式不再受限於地點、交通及時間,科技改變了我們的生活方式,只要有網路,使用者皆可快速享受金融服務。現今金融科技相關網站非常多元化,內容五花八門,數量也正不斷提升,而多數使用者僅是快速地跳耀式閱讀網頁,從事金融科技服務的新創業者又該如何在眾多品牌中脫穎出,並讓客戶產生信賴感,進而願意在非以往常見的大型金融機構投資。此時網站成為金融科技新創業者與客戶之間的重要門面及管道,其重要性和影響與日俱增,網站表現出的視覺形象需要與金融科技業形象擁有高度的鏈結,才能在網路環境競爭激烈的情況下,讓使用者在觀看網站的數秒內留下深刻的印象。 本研究採用文獻探討法、個案分析法以及使用性測試,針對國內外金融科技公司的網站視覺意象及內容編排進行個案分析,探討並歸納出營造金融科技網頁形象之重點要素,並以此運用於網站設計創作中。 根據研究結果顯示,營造出金融科技形象和建立使用者信賴感之網頁,需同時存在兩種層面:一為介面設計,需設計商業感風格的類型,水平性的版面樣式呈現、網頁主色調採用鮮豔的純色、圖像配置以大幅的圖像與明亮色塊呈現;二為功能設計,需規劃成功案例、財務規劃試算…等,能讓使用者對品牌產生信心之功能,網頁中若同時具備以上兩種層面,能營造金融科技形象並提升使用者的好感度。最後,本研究針對後續研究者及設計師提出之建議,以利未來使用者在金融科技網頁上,能有更好的使用體驗。

In recent years, many young people are very concerned about financial management information. More and more financial transactions are shifted from physical counters to online platforms. The service methods of the financial industry are no longer limited by location, traffic and time. Technology has changed our Lifestyle, as long as there is internet, users can quickly enjoy financial services. Nowadays, fintech-related websites are very diversified, with a wide variety of content, and the number is constantly increasing, and most users just jump and read web pages quickly. How can new entrepreneurs engaged in fintech services stand out among many brands? And let customers have a sense of trust, and then are willing to invest in large financial institutions that are not common in the past. At this time, the website has become an important portal and channel between new financial technology entrepreneurs and customers, and its importance and influence are increasing day by day. The visual image displayed by the website needs to be highly linked with the image of the financial technology industry in order to compete in the online environment. Under intense circumstances, users will be deeply impressed within a few seconds of viewing the website. This research adopts the literature research method, case analysis method, and usability test to analyze the visual image and content layout of the websites of financial technology companies at home and abroad. Practical creation. According to the research results, there are two levels to create a financial technology image and build a web page with user trust. One is the interface design, the type of business style needs to be designed, the horizontal layout style presentation, and the main color of the web page The use of bright pure colors, the image configuration is presented with large images and bright color blocks; the second is that in the functional design, successful cases and financial planning trial calculations need to be planned, etc., which can give users confidence in the brand. Having the above two levels at the same time, it can create the image of financial technology and increase the user's favorability. Finally, this research aims at the suggestions made by subsequent researchers and designers to provide users with a better experience when designing financial technology-related web pages.
