被動式磁浮軸承用於垂直軸風力發電機之設計分析

摘要


本論文主要是對被動式磁浮軸承進行研究與分析,並將其應用在小型之垂直風力發電機上,無接觸之被動式磁浮軸承用來取代傳統的滾珠軸承以減少摩擦帶來的能量耗損及生熱變形,藉此提高風力發電機之壽命及發電效率。 論文內容首先介紹磁場特性以及永久磁鐵之特性與推導其磁力大小,接著利用釹鐵硼磁鐵設計出一套永磁軸承應用在小型垂直風力發電機上;設計方面,本論文設計出兩組被動式磁軸承,第一組為軸向磁浮軸承搭配傳統式滾珠軸承,此磁軸承僅用來支持垂直方向之軸向負載,徑向負載依舊依靠傳統式滾珠軸承;第二組為軸徑向被動式磁浮軸承,它將完全取代傳統式滾珠軸承,使風力發電系統達到自由懸浮之目的。 本論文除了利用分析軟體對設計之磁軸承進行磁路分析,亦利用荷重元來量測永磁間相互的作用力大小,最後將分析模擬結果與荷重元量測結果進行驗證。 實驗部分是分別安裝傳統式軸承、軸向磁軸承及軸徑向軸承之風力發電機,對它們進行各項參數測試。由實驗結果可得知應用了永磁軸承之風力發電機組可有效提升風力發電機組之效率。

The purpose of this thesis is to design and analysis a passive magnet bearing for small vertical wind generator.The passive non-contact magnetic bearings to replace traditional bearings;the passive magnetic bearings can reduce the loss of energy caused by the friction of supporting system. thereby increasing the lifetime of the wind generator and power generation efficiency. At first,introduces the magnetic field and permanent magnets characteristics,and then deriving magnetic force. In this thesis,using NdFeB magnet to design two groups passive magnet bearing applications in small vertical wind generator. One of the axial permanent magnet bearing is combine the traditional bearing systems supported to lighten the axial load and lower the influence of friction. And the other is the hybrid type of permanent magnet bearings, which will combine the axial and radial magnet bearings,it will completely replace traditional bearings. In this thesis,in addition to the use of analysis software to analysis magnetic bearing’s magnetic field characteristic,also use load cell to measure the force between the permanent magnet. The experimental results can be known using passive magnet bearing can improve the efficiency of wind generator.
