摘要

人類的身體機能會隨著年齡而逐漸衰退，最初設計之時，若能將行動不便者於日常生活上需要依賴他人協助的可能性納入考量，以減少使用上之困難，故本研究設計論文從特殊需求的使用者與一般使用者於共同居住同一個空間時，產生生活上不同之需求性，進一步探討特殊需求對生活空間造成的影響，從空間機能進行改造手法及演練，以建構在既定之空間內滿足不同身心狀況使用者的需求。
本研究設計藉由既有建築四層樓的透天住宅建築型態作為探討對象，其家庭內含有三種不同身心狀況之使用者：高齡者、失能身心障礙者與一般使用者，對應特殊族群的環境大多數以無障礙環境為最優先的設計準則考量，其中又以個體身心發展狀況、居家生活環境相異，在研究中，居家環境不全然做全面性的無障礙環境改建，而是因應現況基地內部空間不切合使用需求下，透過設計規劃之探討，對基地內不同使用者的身心狀況提出適宜的發展架構、設計方法、機能與動線上之安排，進而提出基地內部空間的改造設計模式，減緩會造成使用者障礙之環境，符合使用者使用的居家環境。

Human body gets weaker as time goes by. To consider the smoothness of the A continuous flow of space linking the parts of a room to another room when designing the interior is necessary. Thus, the theme of this thesis is to research and discuss different disable’s need and cause to an interior. According to the limited space, to design and realization the interior for satisfying different disables.
This thesis is focus on researching an existing four-floor apartment with three different conditions family members living altogether. The members include general users, elders together with physically and mentally disables. The members include general users, elders a. The disables needs are the first priority to consider, and then comes the elders and least are the general users. In the research, it is to identify all members different needs and how to compromise and combine into a most satisfactory interior for all. After identified, to realize the research into design and reorganize different plans based on the existing interior.
