本研究旨在探討高中職餐旅群教師教學效能與幸福感之間的關係。採用問卷調查法後,佐以「訪談法」,以台灣地區高中職餐旅群教師為母群體,進行「分層隨機抽樣」調查,實際有效樣本為313位教師作為研究對象,以「教師教學效能量表」與「教師幸福感量表」作為本研究工具,經問卷發放與回收整理後,以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析;並根據結果,擬定訪談問題,經訪談7位教師後,統整資料與分析。研究結果如下: 一、高中職餐旅群教師教學效能屬於中上程度,以「班級經營與管理」的效能最高,而以「學習成效與評量」得分較低。 二、高中職餐旅群教師幸福感屬於中上程度,以「自律利他」和「人際關係」為最多的幸福感來源,而以「身心健康」得分較低。 三、不同「性別」、「年齡」、「婚姻狀況」、「餐旅群班級數」、「服務年資」在教師教學效能有顯著差異。 四、不同「年齡」、「婚姻狀況」、「餐旅群班級數」在教師幸福感有顯著差異。 五、「年齡」與「婚姻狀況」是影響教師教學效能與幸福感最重要背景因素,其次為「服務年資」與「餐旅群班級數」。 六、「已婚有子女」之教師在教學效能與幸福感各層面均優於「未婚」之教師。 七、高中職餐旅群教師教學效能與幸福感呈正相關。 八、高中職餐旅群教師教學效能對幸福感有預測力,以「學習成效與評量」最具預測力。 九、服務於專業成長中的私、國立學校,教師的用心與積極度與日俱增,學生持續進步,教師幸福感受相對提升。 最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供教育行政機關、高中職餐旅群學校、教師及後續研究參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the teaching effectiveness and the sense of well-being for teachers at Department of Hospitality and Tourism in high schools and vocational high schools in Taiwan. The main method of this research was a questionnaire survey, including two questionnaires named “Teachers’ Teaching Effectiveness Questionnaire” and “Teachers’ Sense of Well-being Questionnaire,” with the assistance of the interview. The subjects of this survey was mainly the teachers at Department Hospitality and Tourism in high schools and vocational high schools. The current study was conducted with the “stratified random sampling.” Totally, the data were collected from 313 valid questionnaires. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Finally, according to the results, the interview questions were further originated. Based on the questions, the researcher had interviews with seven teachers. And then all the data and information were collected and analyzed. The main results of the current study were summarized below: 1.Teachers at Department of Hospitality and Tourism in high schools and vocational high schools scored above average in teaching effectiveness. The highest score was shown in “Class Management” and the lowest score in “Learning Effect and Assessment.” 2.The teachers scored above average on “Teachers’ Sense of Well-being.” The highest score was shown in “Self-discipline and Altruisticness” and “Interpersonal Relationship” and the lowest score was in “Physical and Mental Health”. 3.The teaching effectiveness was affected significantly by the background factors such as “Gender,” “Age,” “Marital Status,” ”The Number of Classes at Department of Hospitality and Tourism,” and “Teaching Seniority.” 4.The results of “Teachers’ Sense of Well-being Questionnaire” was affected significantly by the background factors such as ”Age,” ” Marital Status,” ” The Number of Classes at Department of Hospitality and Tourism.” 5.The teaching effectiveness and sense of well-being were mainly affected by the two background factors: “Age,” and “Marital Status.” The minor influencial factors were “Teaching Seniority,” and “The Number of Classes at Department of Hospitality and Tourism.” 6. All the married teachers with children scored higher than the unmarried ones in the aspects of teaching effectiveness and teachers’ sense of well-being. 7. There were positive correlations between teaching effectiveness and teachers’ sense of well-being. 8. Teachers’ sense of well-being could be forecasted precisely beased on the statistical analyses of teachers’ teaching effectiveness. Among the factors of teaching effectiveness, “Learning Effect and Assessment” are the most important forecast factors. 9. The “teachers’ sense of well-being” of the teachers working in public and private schools with on-going professional development was upgrading relatively with students’ making-progress and teachers’ hard-work and active participation. Finally, according to the study results, the suggestions were offered to people working in educational administrations, and the schools with Department of Hospitality and Tourism , teachers, and researchers doing follow-on research.
