本研究之目的在於探討旅館從業人員人格特質以及各項影響因素對於建立及維持個人關係上之影響效果,以及了解受訪者在其人脈背景互動之情形。在人格特質部分,以Costa 與 McCrae (1992)所提出之五大類人格特質分類構面之相關題項進行因素分析得出四構面,分別命名為:親和性、勤勉正直性、外向性、穩定開放性。另本研究修改自鄭駿豪、謝企榮等在2008年之研究,以符合旅館業特性為原則,將問項刪減修改後,再進行因素分析得出影響因素之三構面:公司體制、關係來源、工作熱忱。其研究結果發現:四項人格特質對於建立及維持個人關係之滿意度上皆呈現顯著影響;公司體制、關係來源、工作熱忱等三構面對個人關係建立及維持之滿意度也皆有其顯著影響效果。
This research, with the service people in hotel as research object, aims to discover the influence of the service people’s personality traits and influential factors of Guanxi upon their satisfaction on Guanxi. Furthermore, we also want to understand the situation of respondents’ personal networks. There are two main phases in the study. The first phase is personality traits based on the Big-Five model from Costa and McCrae in 1992. The data were analyzed by factor analysis and was divided into four dimensions as follow: Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, and Openness. The second phase is influential factors based on the literature. The data were analyzed by factor analysis and divided into three dimensions. The analysis brings out the following findings: One is the influence of the personality traits upon satisfaction on Guanxi is significant. The other is the influential factors of Guanxi have significant influence upon satisfaction on Guanxi.
