我國高級中等學校教育利害關係人對十二年國民基本教育政策實施滿意度之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探究我國高級中等學校教育利害關係人對十二年國民基本教育政策實施滿意度之現況,本研究依據研究目的,首先蒐集整理我國十二年國教政策實施之研究相關文獻,以成為本研究之理論基礎。其次,採取問卷調查為主要研究方法,依研究目的與待答問題,參酌文獻探討結果編制問卷,以了解我國目前高級中等學校教育利害關係人對十二年國教政策實施滿意度之情形,最後再提出研究結論。依據本研究結果,將主要的發現歸納成以下結論: 壹、高級中等學校教育利害關係人對十二年國教實施的滿意度屬於中高程度。 貳、高級中等學校男性利害關係人對十二年國教實施之滿意度在部份面向上高於女性。 參、高級中等學校不同身分教育利害關係人對十二年國教實施之滿意度有明顯差異,其中以校長最高,家長次之,主任或組長又次之,一般教師最後。 肆、不同高級中等學校類別之利害關係人對十二年國教實施之滿意度,技術型高中在部份面向上高於普通型高中。 伍、私立高級中等學校利害關係人對十二年國教實施之滿意度在部份面向上高於公立學校。 陸、南區高級中等學校教育利害關係人對十二年國教實施之「入學制度」之滿意度高於北區學校。 根據本研究的結果,分別針對教育行政機關、高級中等學校及未來投入十二年國教之研究者提出建議,期能裨益十二年國民基本教育的發展。

The purpose of this study was to explore the current situation of the satisfaction of the stakeholders of senior high school education in the implementation of the 12-year basic education policy in Taiwan. Firstly, according to the research purpose, this study collected and collated the relevant literature on the implementation of the 12-year basic education policy in Taiwan to provide the theoretical basis of this study. Secondly, questionnaire survey was adopted as the main research method. By considering research purposes, research questions, and the results of literature review, the questionnaire was compiled to understand the current situation of the satisfaction of the stakeholders of senior high school education in the implementation of the 12-year basic education policy. Finally, conclusions of this study were presented. Based on the results of this study, the main findings were summarized as follows: First, the satisfaction of the stakeholders of senior high school education in the implementation of the 12-year basic education was at the high-intermediate level. Second, male stakeholders in senior high schools were more satisfied with the implementation of the 12-year basic education than females in some aspects. Third, the stakeholders in senior secondary schools with different education status had significant differences in the satisfaction of the implementation of the 12-year basic education. Among them, the principal had the highest percentage, the parent the second, the director or the group leader the third, and the teacher the last. Fourth, in terms of the satisfaction of the stakeholders in different types of senior high schools, the stakeholders in vocational high schools was more satisfied than those in general high schools in some aspects. Fifth, the satisfaction of the stakeholders in the private senior high schools is higher than that of the stakeholders in public schools in the implementation of the 12-year basic education in some aspects. Sixth, the satisfaction of the stakeholders in the southern senior high schools is higher than that of the stakeholders in the northern senior high schools in terms of the "admission system" implemented in the 12-year basic education. According to the results of this study, the recommendations for the education administration, senior secondary schools and researchers who would devote to the studies of 12-year basic education were put forward, which could contribute to the development of the 12-year basic education.
