彰化縣國民小學校長願景領導與學校組織執行力關係之研究

摘要


摘要 本研究旨在探討彰化縣國民小學校長願景領導與學校組織執行力之關係,並分析不同背景變項之教師知覺校長願景領導與學校組織執行力之差異。 本研究首先進行文獻分析,進而發展設計出「彰化縣國民小學校長願景領導與學校組織執行力之調查問卷」,抽取彰化縣26個鄉鎮市國小教師共832人進行問卷調查。有效樣本553份,回收率66.4%,運用SPSS 12.0統計套裝軟體程式,進行資料處理。 本研究運用描述統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)、Pearson 積差相關等統計方法進行分析,得到研究結果,提供教育行政機關、國民小學校長及未來研究者之參考。 本研究結論如下: 一、國民小學校長願景領導與學校組織執行力表現良好。 二、國民小學教師對校長願景領導知覺受到「性別」、「最高學歷」及「現任職務」等背景變項之影響而有顯著差異。 三、國民小學教師知覺學校組織執行力受到「最高學歷」、「服務年資」及「現任職務」等背景變項之影響而有顯著差異。 四、國民小學校長願景領導與學校組織執行力呈現高度正相關。 依據上述結論,本研究提出以下建議: 一、對教育行政機關之建議 (一)校長培訓過程注重加強校長願景領導的專業知能。 (二)推動學校建立願景檢核機制,以持續學校願景之實現。 二、對國民小學校長之建議 (一)校長採取願景領導策略,強化願景具體的實踐並建立回饋的永續機制。 (二)健全人力資源管理制度,讓成員適才適所,以提升學校組織執行力。 三、對未來研究者之建議 (一)研究對象方面 (二)研究變項方面 (三)研究方法方面

Abstract The purpose of this study was to inquire the relationship between elementary school principals’ visionary leadership and school organizational execution for elementary schools in Changhua County. This study was proceeding with surveys of elementary school principals’ visionary leadership and school organizational execution for elementary schools in Changhua County. Eight hundred and thirty-two samples were chosen from schools in Changhua County and five hundred and fifty-three samples were collected, which were analyzed by descriptive statistic, t-test, one way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. Conclusions were made as follows: 1. A good performance in elementary school principals’ visionary leadership and school organizational execution for elementary schools. 2.The Teachers’ perceptions of principals’ visionary leadership significantly influenced by the variables of gender, educational degree and present job position. 3. The Teachers’ perceptions of school organizational execution significantly influenced by the variables of educational degree, year of service and present job position. 4. There is high positive relationship between principals’ visionary leadership and school organizational execution. Based on the study results, some suggestions were proposed for the reference of educational administration authorities, principals of the elementary schools, and for the further advanced studies.
