皮膚癌和口腔癌已成為國際間不容忽視的健康議題。根據行政院衛生署資料統計,皮膚癌連續四年為全國主要癌症死因第二十一位[1],而口腔癌更是高居國人惡性腫瘤死因中第五名[2],每年至少千人死於口腔癌。為了能提早偵測及早發現就醫治療,本研究以非侵入式、低成本、圖形化顯示為開發宗旨,運用生物電阻抗技術搭配DAQ擷取資料與labview圖形化介面,研發一套非侵入式偵測表層組織病變之系統。本系統設計分為硬體與軟體兩部分;硬體部分為DAQ擷取卡、生物電阻抗量測電路、類比多工器電路三部份;軟體部分為類比多工器電路程式與生物電阻抗系統控制程式兩部份。系統設計開發後對各項軟硬體做準確性評估測試,並由測試結果得知,各項軟體與硬體評估結果均和理論值接近,進一步能分辨出表層組織病變之差異。
Skin cancer and oral cancer is an international health issues and they can not be ignored. According to the C.D.C statistics, skin cancer held the 21th of the top leading cause of cancer death for four consecutive years in Taiwan. And, oral cancer held the 5th position and killed thousands of people every year. The aim of this study was to develop a non-invasive, low-cost, and graphical display system for the early detection of these cancers in their early stage. The system was built on the integration of bioelectrical impedance technology, DAQ data acquisition and LabVIEW graphical interface. The system design is divided into two parts: hardware and software. There are three parts in the hardware: DAQ data acquisition card, bioelectrical impedance measurement circuit, and analog multiplexer circuit. For the software part, it is composed of two programs: analog multiplexer circuit program and bioelectrical impedance system control program. Results showed that the outcome of all evaluations matches the theoretical value. Finally, it helps to distinguish the difference of the pathological changes of the superficial cells.
