In the past, traditional industries were the so-called “blood of the factory workers", and they just manufactured products but don’t face the consumers. In the early days of the Qi Ding Industry, it was a fledgling company and most of time it can’t receive orders. It relied on big factories to earn wages from small orders. After all, I decided to go out and develop the market myself by searching on a phone book from Bureau of Telecommunications. I initially sought cooperation from a timber and pallets factory in the neighborhoods. With the decreasing of domestic orders, I had to explore the export market to looking for worldwide market. Due to the good quality, on time delivery, and good service, the Qi Ding Industry is widely loved by the customers. With the encouragement of the customers,we continue to update the equipment and do more research. For a start-up company, the cash flow is the problem. The Qi Ding Industry also encountered the funding problem at first. Without the help of the bank, the Qi Ding Industrial would not exist today. Banks provide assistance to corporate loans, but to help Taiwanese small and medium-sized enterprises in a many ways. After the SWOT Enterprise Competitive Strategy analysis, his study found that the Qi Ding Industry should improve the manufacturing process (raw material ➝ single nail making ➝ polishing ➝ threading nail ➝ nails collated and packaging).
