中高齡勞工再就業之工作價值觀及工作滿意度相關之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討中高齡勞工再就業之工作價值觀及工作滿意度相關之研究,研究目的有四項: 一、探討中高齡勞工再就業之工作價值觀與工作滿意度之情形。 二、分析不同背景變項之中高齡勞工再就業在工作價值觀與工作滿意度之差異情形。 三、探討中高齡勞工再就業之作價值觀與工作滿意度之關係。 四、了解中高齡勞工再就業之工作價值觀對工作滿意度之預測力。 本研究主要採用問卷調查法,問卷內容包含基本背景資料、工作價值觀量表、工作滿意度量表。以55歲以上符合再就業條件之中高齡者為研究對象,共計發放300份,回收280份,有效回收率為93.3%。問卷所得資料以SPSS22.0版進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、多元迴歸分析等統計分析。 根據文獻探討、問卷調查分析與討論,本研究之結論如下: 一、中高齡勞工再就業之工作價值觀程度屬於中等以上程度。 二、中高齡勞工再就業之工作滿意度程度屬於中等以上程度。 三、影響中高齡勞工再就業之工作價值觀的個人背景因素,包括年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、工作性質、擔任職位、最近工作年資。 四、影響中高齡勞工再就業之工作滿意度的個人背景因素,包括教育程度、工作性質、擔任職位、最近工作年資。 五、中高齡勞工再就業之工作價值觀及工作滿意度具正相關。 六、中高齡勞工再就業之工作價值觀對於工作滿意度具有預測力。

This study aims to explore the relationship between work value and job satisfaction of re-employed middle-aged and elderly workers. The main purposes of this study are as follows: 1. Exploring the current situation of middle-aged and elderly worker’s re-employment work value and job satisfaction. 2. Analyzing the differences of work value and job satisfaction of different backgrounds of re-employed middle-aged and elderly workers. 3. Exploring the correlations of re-employed middle-aged and elderly worker’s work value and job satisfaction. 4. Understanding the predictive ability of re-employed middle-aged and elderly worker’s work value to job satisfaction. This study mainly employed questionnaire survey, and the survey contains personal background information, work value scale and job satisfaction scale. The research subjects are re-employed middle-aged and elderly workers above fifty-five years old. Three hundred questionnaires were sent out and 280 ones were collected back with the valid response rate of 93.3%. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software, with results including descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. According to literature review, questionnaire survey and discussion, this study obtained conclusions as follows: 1. Re-employed middle-aged and elderly worker’s work value is ranked over average. 2. Re-employed middle-aged and elderly worker’s job satisfaction is ranked over average. 3. The influencing factors of work value including: age, marriage, educational backgrounds, type of employment, position of work, years of working. 4. The influencing factors of job satisfaction including: educational backgrounds, type of employment, position of work, years of working. 5. Re-employed middle-aged and elderly worker’s work value have a significant positive correlation with job satisfaction. 6. Re-employed middle-aged and elderly worker’s work value have a significant predictive effect on the job satisfaction.
