南投縣埔里鎮社區照顧關懷據點學員社會支持與學習滿意度關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Social Support and Learning Satisfaction of Learners at Community Care Service Centers in Puli Township, Nantou County

摘要


本研究之目的旨在探討南投縣埔里鎮社區照顧關懷據點學員其社會支持與學習滿意度之關係。研究工具問卷為參考相關文獻所編制,內容包括基本背景資料、社會支持量表以及學習滿意度量表。研究對象為南投縣埔里鎮社區照顧關懷據點之學員,問卷發放458份,回收448份,共取樣448人,有效回收率為97.8 %。問卷資料採用次數分配與百分比、平均值、標準差、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數ANOVA、Pearson積差相關、多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。 主要研究目的有四:(一)、暸解南投縣埔里鎮社區照顧關懷據點學員社會支持與學習滿意度的現況。(二)、探討南投縣埔里鎮社區照顧關懷據點之不同背景學員在社會支持的差異情形。(三)、探討南投縣埔里鎮社區照顧關懷據點之不同背景學員在學習滿意度的差異情形。(四)、分析南投縣埔里鎮社區照顧關懷據點學員社會支持與學習滿意度的關係。 研究結論如下: 一、南投縣埔里鎮社區照顧關懷據點學員具有高程度的社會支持,尤其在「情感支持」的表現為最佳。 二、南投縣埔里鎮社區照顧關懷據點學員具有高程度的學習滿意度,尤其在「人際互動」的表現為最高。 三、南投縣埔里鎮社區照顧關懷據點學員的社會支持會因為參與者的「年齡」和「參與學習頻率」的不同而有顯著差異。 四、南投縣埔里鎮社區照顧關懷據點學員的學習滿意度會因為參與者的「年齡」和「參與學習頻率」的不同而有顯著差異。 五、南投縣埔里鎮社區照顧關懷據點學員的社會支持對學習滿意度呈正相關,社會支持愈高學習滿意度愈高;尤其以「友伴支持」最具預測力。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social support and learning satisfaction of learners at Community Care Service Centers in Puli Township, Nantou County. The research employed questionnaire based on the overseas and domestic researches. The questionnaire includes demographic data sheet, social support scale, and learning satisfaction scale. The participants in this study were 458 from the learner who have participated in Community Care Service Centers in Puli Township, Nantou County. And the usable questionnaires were 448 returned from 458 received, with 97.8% valid return rate. The data were processed by SPSS 22.0 with frequency distribution and Percentage statistics, descriptive statistics, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation and regression analysis. There were four objectives:(1)to understand the conditions of the social support and learning satisfaction of learners at Community Care Service Centers in Puli Township, Nantou County. (2)to analyze the difference the social support of learners at Community Care Service Centers with the variables of different personal background in Puli Township, Nantou County. (3)to analyze the difference the learning satisfaction of Community Care Station learners with the variables of different personal background in Puli Township, Nantou County.(4)to investigate the correlations of the social support and learning satisfaction of learners at Community Care Service Centers in Puli Township, Nantou County. The results of this study are described as follows: 1. The social support of learners who participated the learning program of the Community Care Service Centers in the Puli Township, Nantou County is quite high, particularly emotional support aspect. 2. The learning satisfaction of learners who participated the learning program of the Community Care Service Centers in the Puli Township, Nantou County is quite high, particularly interpersonal interaction aspect. 3. The social support of learners who participated the learning program of the Community Care Service Centers in Puli Township, Nantou County would have significant differences in the age and participate frequency variable. 4. The learning satisfaction of learners who participated the learning program of the Community Care Service Centers in Puli Township, Nantou County would have significant differences in the age and participate frequency variable. 5. Social support and learning satisfaction has positive correlation. Friend´s Support has the most significant predicting ability.
