陣列型LED照明燈泡設計與實現

摘要


LED在室內外照明的應用上日益蓬勃發展,目前市場上也已看到許多以LED 作為光源的照明燈具。由於LED具有省電、壽命長、低污染等優點,即將慢慢取鎢絲燈泡和螢光燈管等傳統燈具,成為人類環保與節能的重要利器。但由於LED發光的角度非常小,在照明的應用上會因為它的特性使得照明的區域範圍有明顯照度不均勻的狀況發生,所以在照明的設計上必須配合光學設計做適度的優化或是將LED 作陣列式的配置,模擬出最適當的照度分佈與配光效果,並藉以維持其高功率型LED的特性和增加其發光的均勻性。 本篇論文將嘗試使用光學設計模擬軟體等工具技術,將LED製作成陣列型的LED 燈泡,讓LED的光線經由配光的設計來達到均勻的照度分佈和完善的配光曲線,以提升燈泡的光照效率及符合照明應用的配光曲線。因此,藉由LED輕薄短小、色彩豐富與可靠性等優點,讓照明燈具的設計更具備新穎性和可製性。

LED lighting applications has increasingly developed as a main source for interior/exterior lighting. LED has also seen as a light source for many lighting fixtures in market. LED has many advantages such as energy saving, long life, and low pollution. LED lighting slowly replaces the market of incandescent light bulbs and fluorescent tubes in the traditional lighting method. The usage of LED lighting become an important tool for environmental protection and energy saving. Lighting applications, because of the angle of the LED light emission is very small, because of its characteristics such that the range of the region of illumination significantly non-uniform illumination condition occurs, so in the design of the lighting with the optical design must do moderate optimization or LED as the configuration of the array type the optical design, simulate the optimum cutting the illuminance distribution and the light distribution effect, in order to maintain its high-power LED's characteristics and increase the uniformity of its luminescence. This paper will attempt to use the optical design simulation software tools such as technology, made the LED array type of LED Lamp, LED light distribution design to achieve uniform illumination distribution and perfect light distribution curve, in order to enhance the efficiency of the light lamp and the light distribution curve lighting applications. By LED light, small, colorful and reliability make lighting design with comprehensive novelty and productivity.
