從別墅談台灣人文及美學變遷

Changes in Humanities and Aesthetics of Taiwan from the Perspective of the Style of Villa

摘要

因台灣是東西方文化薈萃之地，所以本研究探討台灣地區人文美學的變遷，藉由回顧康德對於美學的探討以及人類過去建築的歷史文化，且透過訪談 A、B 兩間公司高階主管、中階主管和基層主管，並加以分析比較，發現台灣目前別墅從過去流行新古典主義以石材為主風格的別墅轉向現代北歐休閒極簡風，現在的別墅設計是由內而外，將越來越親近人的使用習慣與需求，也重視人與居住環境的結合，因未來人力供給的減少，系統模組化的工法在未來將成為主流的趨勢。

This study explores the changes in humanities aesthetics in Taiwan. This article reviewing Kant's discussion of aesthetics and the history and culture of human past buildings. By interviewing with A and B, the two senior executives of the companies. Order supervisors and grassroots executives and analyze the comparison found, that indicate current villa in Taiwan from the past popular neoclassic to stone-based villas turned to the modern Nordic leisure minimalist style. Now, the villa design is from the inside out and becomes more close to the people's habits and needs, also attaches importance to the combination of people and living environment. Due to the reduction of future human supply, system modularization of the rules will become the mainstream trend in the future.
