This study explores the changes in humanities aesthetics in Taiwan. This article reviewing Kant's discussion of aesthetics and the history and culture of human past buildings. By interviewing with A and B, the two senior executives of the companies. Order supervisors and grassroots executives and analyze the comparison found, that indicate current villa in Taiwan from the past popular neoclassic to stone-based villas turned to the modern Nordic leisure minimalist style. Now, the villa design is from the inside out and becomes more close to the people's habits and needs, also attaches importance to the combination of people and living environment. Due to the reduction of future human supply, system modularization of the rules will become the mainstream trend in the future.
