高齡社會下的老人安養新模式

全球所面臨的高齡化是當今社會的重要議題，如何讓老人能夠在健康的有生之年找到平衡，延續勞動力，解決老人安養與並刺激消費支出，是本次研究的重要目標。本研究規劃目標包含以下重點： 1.利用度假養生規劃老人退休生活，取代原本安養院的圈養式照護。2.使用時間銀行與志工時數結合，可以解決園區內不足人力及達到延續勞動力成果。3.利用信託方式確保客戶的金錢在養老過程中能夠專款專用。 4.運用壽險轉成養老保險方式，可以確保入住人員更接近平民化的價格就能養老，且消費人數永續不斷。5.度假養生村同時兼營互補性資產，如物流、園區工程、清潔工程、藥局，餐飲，一般的零售業，甚至到了人生最後階段也有生命禮儀的服務。本次研究皆為質性研究，目的是將良好的管理策略帶給未來的經營管理者，可以高齡化社會[5]老人安養的問題。

Aging society is an important issue facing the world. How to make the healthy elderly getting good nursing and Continuing to labor force for this social balance in retirement. This study focused on planning the following 1. Using the regimen resort solves elderly retirement life which originally nursing home Captive -style nursing care. 2. Make use of time banks and volunteer combined can solve the manpower shortage in the park and reach the continuation of labor results. 3. The trust way ensure that customers 'money in the pension process can be earmarked. 4. Life insurance turns into old-age insurance to ensure that people closer to the price of civilians can become elders. Such practices can let sustainable the number of consumption continues. 5. Regimen resort village contains other additional commercial value such as logistics, life rituals, and general consumer. 6. Regimen resort village's members have 2 times health check on morning and evening by volunteers .In the park features a chronic prescription pharmacy for the elderly can easily get long-term prescription drugs. This study are all qualitative research, the purpose is to bring good management strategy of the future operator. You and I will be old. It cannot wait for the olds time when now have to immediately to solve.
