高齡社會下失能老人安養新模式探討

透過了解高齡化安養各種模式討論，高齡化社會除了健康的人士外，失去工作能力者也很重要，所以延後退休得以延續人力，度假養生能夠退休勞動力停滯，與政府政策配合可以延緩高齡化老人所帶來的種種困難，但其中有些問題是無法馬上獲得處理與解決的，例如失能者，因為失能者絕大部分都是前往機構或醫院處理，而這樣機構成長幅度無法完全應付老化速度加劇的老人化社會，本次研究從個人面購買失能險預防經濟上的問題，經營機構面可以如何改善，保險經營上能夠怎樣配合，政府上的利多與人口結構觀察，最後配合TRIZ系統性創新討論未來失能保險如何因應，內文透過3處比較，做為本次研究主要分析 1.各家失能保險類型比較 2.一般養老村與養生度假村比較. 3.失能照護者個案訪談進行研究與個案分析
