本研究以我國國民小學電子教科書(e-textbook、digital textbook)為主題,藉由三家電子教科書出版業者之訪談與542名國小教師之問卷調查,就電子教科書的設計、各項功能的使用現況及未來發展進行探究。其中,還針對不同背景變教師進行差異性意見之分析。最後再將相關研究發現,提供國內電子教科書出版業者、政府教育機關以及現職教師,對電子教科書之推廣、設計與使用提供建議。具體的研究結論與建議,茲說明如下: 結論: 一、電子教科書的設計理念為活化教師的教學,促使教師教學多元化、提升學生的學習成效,以及環保減碳,促進師生身體健康。 二、我國電子教科書特色在統整性、即時性和客製性較為不足。 三、我國國小教師最常使用電子教科書的聲光效果與互動功能。 四、我國國小教師運用電子教科書多媒體設計功能較多,而平台規劃功能較少。 五、性別和每週使用頻率之變項影響教師使用電子教科書之各項功能。 六、部份教師認為電子教科書在操作、設備與內容上仍有缺失。 七、教師認為未來仍應強調電子教科書平台功能、多媒體與資源連結的品質。 建議: 一、我國國小電子教科書未來應加強跨平台、雲端及評量功能。 二、我國國小電子教科書未來應建立版權、審查與付費制度。 三、電子教科書出版業者應提升電子教科書內容品質,促進教學正確性。 四、政府應提升學校的資訊設備,以利推動電子教科書,並且經費補助軟硬體廠商,促進電子教科書發展。 五、培養教師使用者付費的意識,促進電子教科書永續發展。 六、教師應多參與電子教科書研習,提升教師專業能力。
This study took e-textbook (or called digital textbook) as its theme, and through interviews with 3 publishers in e-textbook industries and questionnaire survey on 542 elementary school teachers we processed researches on e-textbook designs and current usages and future developments of its each function. Among them, it processed analyzing varied opinions focused on teachers with different backgrounds. Finally we provided results of relevant researches to domestic e-textbook businesses, government sectors and teachers; we wished to provide recommendations for e-textbook promotions, design and usages. The followings are specific research conclusions and recommendations: Conclusions: 1. Design concepts for e-textbook were to activate teachers' teachings, to make teachings more diverse, environmental protections and carbon reductions, and to promote healthiness among teachers and students. 2. Characteristics of domestic e-textbooks were lacks of integration, and real-time, and customization. 3. Most common functions used by elementary school teachers were light effects and interaction functions from e-textbooks. 4. Domestic elementary school teachers used multimedia designing more than platform planning functions. 5. Variables of genders and usage frequency weekly affected each functions while using e-textbooks. 6. Parts of teachers thought there were still lacks of operations, devices, and contents of e-textbooks. 7. Teachers would like to see improvements on emphasizing qualities of platforms, multimedia and resource connections. Recommendations: 1. For future inspective, domestic e-textbooks should improve cross-platforms, clouds and assessments. 2. There should be built copyright, review and payment systems in future for e-textbook industries. 3. E-textbook publishers should improve content qualities and teaching correctness of e-textbook products. 4. Governments should improve information devices for promoting e-textbooks; in the other hand they should make subsidies for soft & hardware manufacturers in order to improve developments. 5. Cultivating teachers with ideas that users need to pay for services would improve e-textbook developments. 6. Teachers should participate courses of e-textbook more for improving their professional competences.
