具迴授控制之高電壓設計與實現

摘要


本論文研究為一具有迴授信號控制之高壓脈波產生器,高壓部分由升壓轉換器的方式升壓,藉著迴授信號進入可程式邏輯控制器來調整場效電晶體的觸發脈波產生平穩輸出高壓源,高壓經由脈波寬度變調信號的驅動下,產生高壓脈波輸出。 論文中的控制器高壓脈波源輸出藉由電壓迴授之外亦有功率迴授監控保護,在操作介面上使用觸控式人機介面當作電壓與脈波寬度設定,脈波電壓調整範圍為100V∼800V,脈波輸出寬度最小可達為0.1毫秒而脈波調整範圍0.1毫秒∼1秒。在功能上可設定Timer來控制脈波輸出時間,時間設定範圍由0.1秒∼300秒。亦可設定輸出脈波數量,脈波輸出數量設定範圍1∼3000個脈波,且具有產業價值。

This thesis presents a high-voltage pulse generator with feedback signal control to raise the high voltage by the boost converter. Through the feedback signal into the programmable logic controller to adjust the trigger pulse for field effect transistor to generate stable output voltage source. High voltage signal modulation via driven pulse width to produce high voltage pulse output. In the thesis, high voltage pulse source output controller deliver the functions of monitoring and protection with voltage feedback control. The built in touch interface with settings on the user interface to adjust voltage and pulse width, pulse voltage adjustment range from 100V to 800V, output pulse width with precision of 0.1m seconds as minimum pulse adjustment and range from 0.1m seconds to 1 second. The function of timer can be set to control the pulse output duration and also set the number of output pulse, which has the advantage of user friendly in industrial value.
