This is a self research of self identity between Hans and Aboriginals. It inquires the change process from Hans identity to Aboriginals identity. Grew up in a society that collective unconsciously blank Aboriginals out, the narrator learned to conceal her identity of Aboriginals in her early life. Up to a given point in adulthood, the narrator recognized and took back her Aboriginals identity by means of search and self reflection. In the taking back process, the narrator broke through the impasse between two identities, and achieved a fluid and free self identity. In the changing process, the turning point took place in ethnic contact experiences. The contacts opened new experiences and a new field of view, therefore the rigid shackles was released. Finally, the narrator aware the struggle of ethnic identity is a peculiar issue to biethnics.
