非營利組織推動家庭教育發展策略之研究 –以中華幸福小棧社區關懷協會為例

摘要


本研究採質化研究中的「個案研究法」,以社團法人中華幸福小棧社區關懷協會為例,探討非營利組織在推動家庭教育過程中,所面臨的困境與挑戰,並運用PEST分析模型和SWOT的分析方法,以提出非營利組織在推動家庭教育發展策略時之相關建議。 本研究主要發現為,非營利組織家庭教育推動者,若能在課程授課中與學員建立關係,就能從學員推動課程。目前台灣家庭教育的推動,並未實際進入社會各階層,非營利組織若能主動從社區到各職場推動課程,是家庭教育走入社會各階層的重要關鍵。 非營利組織推動家庭教育的志工培訓與發展,也是家庭教育推動不可或缺之關鍵,當志工在服務中持續成長並呼應個人願景,就能持續投入;而家庭教育的課程規劃決定課程發展的成效,此外若非營利組織規劃的課程活動,能兼具操作性高又實用,將擴展家庭教育對社會的影響力。 雖然目前台灣家庭教育推動時,遇到許多困境,但這些困境也是轉機,若應用本研究之發現,將有助於家庭教育推動之推展。 本研究之主要建議包括:一、給台灣非營利組織推動家庭教育提供建議。二、給幸福小棧未來發展策略提供建議。三、給台灣政府推動家庭教育相關單位提出相關建議。四、對未來研究之建議。

Abstract This study collected qualitative study "case study" to Chinese Happiness Community Services Association, to investigate the difficulties and challenges that Non-Profit Organizations face in promoting family education, by using the PEST analysis model and SWOT analysis methods to put forward the relevant recommendations of Non-Profit Organizations in promoting family education development strategy. The main finding of this study is that Non-Profit Organizations family education promoters can promote the curricula from the trainee if they can establish relationships with trainees during class lectures. At present, the promotion of family education in Taiwan has not actually entered all levels of society. It is an important key for family education to step into all walks of life in the community if Non-Profit Organizations can take the initiative to promote the curricula from the community into the job market. The training and development of volunteers for Non-Profit Organizations promoting family education is the essential key to the promotion of family education. As volunteers continue to grow in the service and respond to their vision, they will keep being involve in the process; as family education curriculum determines the curriculum development. In addition, if the curriculum activities planned by Non-Profit Organizations can be highly operational and practical, they will expand the influence of family education in the society.      At present there are many difficulties in promoting family education in Taiwan, however these predicaments are also a turning point. Applying the findings of this study will help promote the promotion of family education. The main recommendations of this study include: 1. Provide advice to Taiwanese Non-Profit Organizations to promote family education. 2. Give advice on the future development of Happiness Community Services Association. 3. Relevant recommendations to the Taiwan government on promoting family education. 4. Future research recommendations.
