女性創業家之人格特質:以製造業為例

隨著時代的演進，女性的社會與經濟地位不斷的提升，越來越多女性選擇自行創業，女企業家人數也不斷增加。這些新時代的女性不但擁有實際決策權，更掌管著數兆元營收，其企業規模也漸漸擴大，領導影響所及，是數百萬個家庭人口。本研究主要探討女性創業家的外向性的人格特質、企業管理方式與創業環境友善程度對於女性創業成功的影響。以男性為主流的製造業領域裡，女性創業家具備了何種人格特質才能與其競爭？而女性的企業管理能力是否對女性創業成功有影響？本研究採用量化研究探討女性創業家之關鍵成功因素。根據研究結果得知五大人格特質中的外向性與女性的企業管理方式對製造業的女性創業家之創業成功有著正向之關聯性。這項結果可以讓後續學者持續擴大與深入探討此議題，將有助於未來研究女性創業行為時提供探討及預測個人行為態度意向之理論參考。

With the evolution of the times, the social and economic status of women contin-ues improving, more and more women start their own businesses, that is, the number of women entrepreneurs continues to increase. These women in the new era not only have the actual decision-making power but also create high revenue. Their companies’ scale expand so rapid that millions of households were influenced. This study mainly discusses the influence of female entrepreneurs' personality traits, business management style and friendly environment on the success of women's entrepreneurship, especially in the male-dominated manufacturing field. What person-ality traits do female entrepreneurs have in order to compete with them? Does wom-en's business management ability have an impact on women's entrepreneurial success? This study uses statistical analysis methods to analyze the correlation between hypothetical variables and to verify the key factors associated with the success of fe-male entrepreneurs. According to the research results, it is known that extroversion of Big Five personality traits and women's business management style have a positive correlation with the entrepreneurial success of female entrepreneurs in the manufac-turing industry. This result allows subsequent scholars to continue expanding and deeply exploring this topic, which will help to provide theoretical references for ex-ploring or predicting personal behavior, attitudes and intentions in future research on women's entrepreneurial behavior.
