摘要

在全球貿易及競爭的時代，能夠即時獲取農業產銷資訊是農業發展上不可或缺的利基點，若能利用資訊科技即時整合農業資源便能有效提升農業競爭力及改善經營方式。本研究運用網路與資訊科技技術，建立電子化農場經營系統，希冀藉由此系統大幅降低農民紀錄產銷履歷時間，且利用生產決策輔助系統分析農委會提供的作物價格產量及電子化農場裡累積的農事資訊，將資料分析後的結果以長條圖和折線圖的方式傳達，提供農民計劃生產的評估資訊(以提供農民評估生產計畫之資訊)，讓農民在栽種前準確掌握價格及產量變動趨勢，並決定是否要增加或減少生產，有效降低生產決策誤差。

In the competitive global trade generation, to promptly obtain the information of agriculture is the most indispensable advantage. Instantly integrating resources for agriculture could effectively enhance the competition of agricultural industry and improve its business model. This research applies Internet and Technology (IT) to develop the electronic farming system which would substantially reduce farmers’ time of recording the traceability system. Through analyzing the prices of crops and the agricultural information of electronic farms which are offered by Council of Agriculture with the assistant system of production decisions, the results will be represented in bar charts and line charts which provide the information for farmers to evaluate the production. The research would like to enable farmers to accurately manage the fluctuation of price and quantity; then, decide how to adjust the production; in the end, effectively reduce errors during making production decisions.
