脈波驅動電路設計應用於白光LED CRI之研究

摘要


本文主要以科銳Cree CLP6B為主要的白光發光二極體Light Emitting Diode,LED 發光系統再加上日亞NSSM016AT紅、綠、藍 三色發光二極體Light Emitting Diode , LED 之特性探討。以直流模式與脈波模式二種, 對不同電壓、電流與脈波波形驅動,同時進行調光,分析其電氣與發光特性 ;包括:發光效率、光譜能量以及對於色度與演色性之影響,經本文分析,LED之操作特性受驅動電流與脈波寬進行調光控制,修正LED色彩特性,達到外在溫度影響仍然有最佳演色性表現。

This thesis investigates the operating characteristics of red and green and blue LEDs of Nichia NSSM016AT based on white LED system of Cree CLP6B . By applying DC and Pulse Mode with dimming function on different voltages , electric currents and pulse wave driving , the operating characteristics are investigated , including electrical characteristics and their effects on the light efficiency, spectral power, chromaticity and color rendering index on each color LED. The analysis reveals that the illumination characteristics intimately relate to the width of driving current of LED which achieves the best Color Rendering Index (CRI) performance under effect of outside temperature.
