探討中國企業對外直接投資績效的影響因素

摘要

近年來新興市場經濟體國家的對外投資和母國之間生產力影響經營績效逐漸受到研究者重視，尤其又以中國大陸因其市場需求龐大，且又是世界第二大經濟體，更是備受關注，故本研究採用中國大陸為對象，使用2011年至2018年間中國進行對外直接投資之企業資料作為研究對象，共計有107家中國企業為本研究樣本資料。
研究內容採用資源基礎、產業與制度理論三種理論，使用三個觀點以得到來自資源、產業與制度層面對於中國對外直接投資的影響結果。從以上三種面向作實證分析，可歸納出人力資源結構、國家股權、不同投資區位間、研發以及勞動資本規模對績效的關係。
根據實證結果發現，企業本身的資源優勢、產業競爭的程度與政府的政策支持，確實會對中國企業對外直接投資績效有正向影響。

Emerging market economies in recent years, foreign investment and productivity affect business performance between home country researcher’s attention gradually. Especially in mainland China because of its huge market demand, and it is the world's second largest economy, more attention. Therefore, this study used in mainland China as the object, use of foreign direct investment from 2011 to 2018 China enterprise data as the research object. A total of 107 companies as the research samples.
The research content adopts three theories, namely resource-based theory, industrial competition, and instructional theory. Use three viewpoints to obtain the results of the influence of resources, industry, and system on China's OFDI. Based on the empirical analysis of the above three aspects, we can conclude the relationship between human resource structure, national equity, different investment locations, research and development, and the scale of labor capital on performance.
According to the empirical results, the resource advantages of enterprises, the degree of industrial competition and the government's policy support do have a positive impact on the performance of Chinese enterprises' OFDI.
