水溶性鐵紫質對醯胺咪嗪氧化反應的電催化作用

Electrocatalytic Oxygenation of Carbamazepine by Water-Soluble Iron Porphyrin in Aqueous Solutions

摘要


本論文利用電化學方法研究鐵紫質iron meso-tetrakis(dimethylimidazolium) porphyrin(FeTDMImP)的中間金屬離子在不同pH緩衝水溶液中的氧化及還原態,並利用透光薄膜電化學(Optically Transparent Thin-Layer Electrode,OTTLE)的技術來觀測光譜變化。鐵紫質中心金屬會隨著施加電位的改變產生不同價數的氧化及還原態,分別產生FeIITDMImP、FeIIITDMImP、FeIVTDMImP。接著以電化學氧化的方法利用OTTLE觀測鐵紫質FeTDMImP對抗癲癇藥物醯胺咪嗪(carbamazepine, CBZ)進行電催化氧化反應,並對催化後產物以LC-MS針對產物在管柱的滯留時間(retention time)與標準品進行比對與分析。結果顯示鐵紫質氧化態為FeIVTDMImP時,可將CBZ進行環氧化反應形成CBZ-epoxide(CBZ-EP),利用HPLC進行定量,確認其催化氧化的產物比例。並與FeTSMP在相同條件下進行比較,比對結果發現FeTSMP對CBZ的催化效果比FeTDMImP要高9%左右。

The electrochemical properties of iron meso-tetrakis(dimethylimidazolium)porphyrin (FeTDMImP) in different pH aqueous solutions have been investigated by cyclic voltammetry and UV-Vis spectroelectrochemistry. With applied potential increasing, the spectra of different oxidation states of FeTDMImP were observed. The electrocatalytic oxidation of carbamazepine (CBZ) in aqueous solution by FeTDMImP has also been studies. The highly efficient catalyst O=FeIVTDMImP, which was generated at +0.7 V in pH=10 aqueous solution could catalyze the CBZ oxidation. Product-analysis performd by LC-MS shows only one product, CBZ-epoxide (CBZ-EP) was produces in the electrocatalytic oxidation of CBZ. FeTSMP was used as another catalyst for comparison. According to the quantitative analysis performd by HPLC, the efficiency of the electrocatalytic oxidation of CBZ by using FeTSMP as catalyst was higher than the usage of FeTDMImP by about 9 %.
