失依兒童安置機構女性志願服務者的參與經驗以「愛的抱抱」方案為例

本研究旨在以女性志願服務者參與「愛的抱抱」經歷為研究主題，探究女性志願者參與「愛的抱抱」的動機、服務過程及收穫。本研究使用質性訪談的方式，訪談對象共七位女性志願服務參與者，訪談稿以質性分析的方法整理資料。本研究首先書寫女性志願者的生命故事，進而從訪談資料中分析女性參與志願服務的動機、過程與收穫。本研究特別發現，空巢期的女性志願服務把「愛的抱抱」當作母職角色的延伸，服務者與被服務者相互享受「給」與「取」的互惠過程，故女性志願服務者透過服務的重要轉變，在助人過程中被需要、被接納、被尊重，而產生自尊感並在群體中找到共榮感與共融感。在整個研究過程中，雖有男性志願服務者參與，但服務次數分散，因而本研究無法蒐集男性志願服務者之相關服務經驗，此為研究的限制。另外，因場域限制，無法進一步探討失依兒童的需求，建議未來研究可嘗試探究。

The aim of this study is to explore the experience of female volunteers participating in “Hug with Love Project”, particularly to investigate the motivation of their participation, and what they gained from the process of service. This study adopted qualitative interviews to collect data. Seven female volunteers were interviewed. The interview data were analyzed by qualitative method. Life stories of these female volunteers were described in the study. The motivation of these female volunteers was figured out. The study also categorized the changes and rewards of these volunteers participating in the “Hug with Love” service. For empty-nest women, they took their volunteer services as an extension of motherhood. The process of service benefited caregivers and care receivers. Besides, during the process of their service, female volunteers were needed, accepted, and respected when helping the orphans. Thus, they developed their self-esteem and found a sense of honor and togetherness in the group. There were male volunteers participating in the “Hug with Love Project”, but their services were scattered, thus their experiences did not explored in this research. In addition, the limitation of this research was not focusing on the needs of the orphan themselves, which future studies could go future to explore.
