近年來,由於非營利組織需向外尋求資源,以及企業社會責任的興起,造成了非營利組織與企業合作的風氣。 回顧現有文獻資料,發現國內學者對於企業與非營利組織夥伴關係之研究,大多著重於企業贊助非營利組織,或是雙方共同舉辦短期的募款活動。對於企業與非營利組織長期穩定的合作模式鮮少有進一步的探究。本研究將利用文獻分析法,輔以深度訪談法的方式,以「博幼基金會」為個案,瞭解其和TVBS、聯電之間的夥伴關係,並以目標一致、溝通、信任與尊重來分析其合作互動。由研究中可以發現其合作模式並不是以單向的企業捐贈為主要方式,而是非營利組織提供其專業知識,扮演諮詢顧問的角色,以經驗傳承的方式與企業合作,進一步使非營利組織與企業發展出長期且穩定的夥伴關係。 本研究呈現出非營利組織與企業間的互動模式,瞭解其如何協力合作,並歸納出影響成功夥伴關係之要素,作為往後企業與非營利組織合作的參考,以促進企業與非營利組織之間形成長期且穩定的夥伴關係,增進社會公益。
In recent years, due to increases in outsourcing demands of NPOs and commitments in social responsiblities by the corporations, a tendency of NPOs cooperating with corporations is now commonly seen. Most research about partnership of business corporations and NPOs focus on how business corporation short-term support and raise funding activities with NPOs, but few of them discuss about long-term and stable model of cooperation. In this study, we will analyze the relationship between Boyo Foundation and its cooperating firms, the UMC and TVBS, and analyze their cooperation and interaction on the basis of identical target, communication, trust and respect. Through this study, we will discover that the cooperation of the two organization is not based simply on the fundings from the corporation to the NPO, but also the provision of the professional knowledge from the NPO to the corporation; acting as a consultant for the corporation, the NPO further strengthens the partnership relation between the two organizations. This procedure would set a precedent for all future collaborations between NPOs and corporations, promote and solidify the cooperating relation, therfore enhancing social welfare.
