本研究旨在探討台南縣國民小學教師對學習型組織的知覺與應用,研究的目的有五:(一)瞭解台南縣國民小學教師對學習型組織知覺和應用的現況情形。(二)分析不同背景變項對台南縣國民小學教師在學習型組織現況知覺的差異情形。(三)分析不同背景變項對台南縣國民小學教師在學習型組織應用的差異情形。(四)根據研究結果提出各項建議,以供台南縣國民小學在推動學習型組織時之參考。 本研究採問卷調查法,以台南縣國民小學教師為對象,共發出問卷各815份,回收的有效問卷共587份,回收率達72.0%。所得資料以項目分析、平均數、標準差、次數分配、百分比、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法加以處理。 依據本研究分析的發現,歸納結論如下: 一、台南縣國小教師對學習型組織的知覺程度普遍為高,其中以「團隊學習」和「知識管理」二個向度的程度最高。 二、台南縣國小教師對學習型組織的應用程度普遍為高,其中以「知識管理」該向度的程度最高。 三、教師的學習型組織知覺會因性別、年齡、服務年資、學校規模、學校歷史等變項而有所差異。 四、教師的學習型組織應用會因性別、年齡、擔任職務、服務年資、學校規模、學校歷史等變項而有所差異。 五、教師對學習型組織的知覺與應用有高度相關。
The purpose of this study is to investigate Tainan County public elementary school teachers’ consciousness and application in learning organization. There are four research questions.1. To analyze Tainan County public elementary school teachers’ level of consciousness and application in learning organization. 2. To investigate variables of Tainan County public elementary school teachers’ consciousness in learning organization. 3. To investigate variables of Tainan County public elementary school teachers’ application in learning organization. 4. To use the result of the study as a reference for Tainan County public elementary school promoting learning organization. The main instrument used in this course is a questionnaire. Questionnaire was given out to teachers in Tainan County public elementary school.Eight hundred and fifteen questionnaires were sent out, in which 587 of them were valid. The retrieving rate is 72.0%. The data obtained from the survey was processed with statistical methods such as mean, sigma, frequency distribution, percentage, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method. The results of the study are as following. 1. Tainan County public elementary school teachers’ level of consciousness in learning organization is generally high. Of all those consciousnesses, team learning and knowledge management are especially high. 2. Tainan County public elementary school teachers’ level of application in learning organization is generally high. Of all those applications, knowledge management is especially high. 3. Teachers’ level of consciousness varies from sex, age, length of service, size of the school and school history. 4. Teachers’ level of application varies from sex, age, Positions, length of service, size of the school and school history. 5. Teachers’ consciousness toward learning organization is highly correlated with teachers’ application..
