高級中等學校學生學習成效之校務研究

The Institutional Research of Students Learning Effectiveness in Senior High School

摘要


摘要 為提升高級中等學校學生學習成效並探討校務研究在高級中等學校應用的可行性,本研究以臺灣中部一所國立高級中等學校為研究對象,透過校務研究,建立證據、數據導向之校務決策依據。本研究統整個案學校校務系統中學生基本資料、國中會考成績、選填志願序、學期評量成績、缺曠課、獎懲、公假、社團參與、擔任幹部、居住地址、畢業國中、錄取學校科系、錄取管道、升學考試成績、升學榜單、升學目標學校、學生居住地距離及其升學學校距離等資料,運用CHAID演算法進行決策樹分析,探討入學管理、學習成效及進路成效分析。研究發現,個案學校在就近入學與均質化計畫執行上具有成效、國中會考社會科成績較低與實用技能學程學生顯現出生活適應問題、個案學校需針對不同族群學生提供適時輔導機制、部分評量成績及缺曠表現分別對學科能力測驗及統一入學測驗成績具關鍵預測力;學生的部分學習表現、社團參與、缺曠情形等亦分別對其能否順利升學、考取公立學校及目標學校等生涯進路有預測效果。研究結果提供個案學校未來擬訂與調整學生學習、生活輔導及相關教育行政策略之依據與參考,最後並分別對主管機關、個案學校、未來研究提出相關建議。

Abstract In response to the urgent need for senior high schools to improve students' learning effectiveness, this study made an institutional research in a public senior high school located in central Taiwan. Evidence and data-oriented school decision-making basis was attempted to establish through institutional research in this study. Specifically, this study integrated students data scattered in different administration system of different administrative offices in the case school, including students basic information, the scores of the Comprehensive Assessment Program for junior high school students, the selection order of senior high schools, the regular assessments during the school year, absence, reward and punishment, public leave, club participation, cadre status, residence address, graduation junior high schools, admission to school departments, admissions channels, entrance examination scores, progression list, case school student progression target school, the distance from students residence to the case school, the distance from the case school to students progression schools and so on. Then the CHAID algorithm was used for Decision Tree analysis to explore the effectiveness of student enrollment management, student learning performance, and student's career development analysis. The study found that the case school was effective in the implementation of the nearby enrollment and homogenization plan; the groups of lower scores in social science of the Comprehensive Assessment Program for junior high school students and the practical skills classes have potential problems in life adaptation so they need timely counseling mechanisms. Parts of academic performance in regular assessments, absence, club participation have crucial predictive power for the General Scholastic Ability Test, Two-year and Four-year Technological & Vocational Education joint college entrance examinations, successful progression, the admission of public schools and target schools, etc. Research findings will be provided for the future development and adjustment of student learning, life counseling and related education administrative strategies in the case school. Some relevant recommendations will be made to the competent authorities, case schools and future research.
