循環經濟—以中台灣橡膠產業為例

Circular Economy- A Case Study of the Rubber Industry in Central Taiwan

摘要


全球化下,台灣事業廢棄物的處理量逐年落後產生量,導致目前廢棄物囤積量,近乎是10年前的三倍。雖然傳統掩埋及焚化可快速的解決廢輪胎帶來的大量囤積,但是焚化廠可能帶來的壞處很多。 將中台灣橡膠產業對於廢輪胎應用做整理,並關聯廢輪胎的量體與經濟發展與民生所需的關係,加強對廢輪胎危害環境及人類未來的教育了解,可更加的傳播思想與做法的落實。 本研究延伸開發出一種具有廢輪胎的生態環保建材,有效解決廢輪胎所衍生的環境問題及具有生態環保功能,其功效在於解決廢輪胎所衍生的環境問題,以包覆廢輪胎並以地材本體設有排水孔,雨水能從排水孔排出,藉以形成良好的天然的排水系統,以有效維持生態環境並益於透過沖刷後,造成冷空氣的循環優化地熱循環。也分析各種應用方法後,「省去鋼網設置的形式探討」、「複數鋼管的形式探討」、「吊掛施工形式探討」、「透水孔洞形式探討」、「橡膠碎塊形式探討」等多項探討我們針對結構、強度、減廢等多方面的分析。 也於110年6月3日獲得核准通過專利申請,在最簡單的構造中,以設計為主軸構思出生態的排水儲水功能,並在先天不黏著性的橡膠廢料以水泥的化學反應特性混合出足以耐壓止滑的商品化產品,並利用鋼網加固整個結構的抗壓強度,而且吊掛方式和孔洞設計都已經考慮到搬運和施工的便利性,連最終的循環Make-Use-Reuse-Remake-Recycle再循環回收生產系統都考慮進去,形成真正的封閉式永續再利用新產品。

In the globalization era, the yielded waste has been closely linked with worldwide commodity trading for a long time. The trend of sustainability and green trade was noticed by domestic manufacturers from multiple aspects such as green requirements, carbon footprint regulations, industrial waste and circular economy. Taiwan’s disposal of industrial waste lags behind the amount of yielded waste year by year, resulting in the current hoarding of waste nearly three times than that of 10 years ago.Although traditional landfill and incineration can quickly solve the large accumulation of waste tires, incineration plants may bring many disadvantages. After analyzing various application methods, we will probe deep into the influence on several forms of installation, such as "parts of steel mesh removal", " multiple steel pipes system", “hanging construction", "permeable holes", " rubber fragments", the analysis of structure, strength, waste reduction, etc will be included in the report. Based on the research, we have developed an eco-friendly building material with waste tires, which effectively solves the environmental problems derived from waste tires. Also, the product is helpful to the ecological system by special design on the structure. It will be the final solution to solve the environmental problems derived from waste tires. The waste tires was covered by the concrete utilizing as the ground material with drainage holes, which can easily drain rainwater from the drainage holes in case of flooding on the ground. It developed a natural drainage system, maintaining the ecological environment. Furthermore, the effect on the geothermal cycle by the concrete layer can be minimized through the convection of cold and heat. The patent of this innovation was also approved on June 3, 110. Under the simplest concept of water circulation, the ecological drainage and water storage function was conceived with the design of vertical holes, and rubber waste with inherent low surface energy was mixed with the cement during chemical reaction of concrete. The commercial product can withstand pressure and prevent slippage, and use steel mesh to reinforce the compressive strength of the entire structure. The suspension and hole design consider the convenience of delivery and installation. In the circular economy, the cycle is Make-Use-Reuse-Remake-Recycle. This development was the standard of the circular economy. It can recycle and remake forever, forming a truly closed and sustainable system.
