本研究旨在了解得勝者教育協會志工在學校實施品德教育經歷之經驗。包含志工參與服務的動機與初衷、教學過程中經歷的正向經驗與自身收穫、志工於過程中面臨的困境與因應策略,以及從志工的角度與經驗提出從事教育服務的反思、期待與未來建議。 本研究採取質性研究之方法,訪問了六位得勝者教育協會的教育志工,運用半結構式訪談的方式進行研究資料之蒐集,並以分析階層法進行資料整理與分析。主要研究發現如下: 首先,教學的動機與初衷,包含有朋友邀約、人生規劃、信仰理念的實踐、認同機構品德課程理念、利人利己等項。其次,教學過程的經歷含括正向經驗與自身收穫。第三,面臨的困境包括教學現況的困境、來自個人與家庭的困境與壓力及召集人行政與管理之負荷。因應方法則包含教學困境的因應策略、個人與家庭困境之因應、召集人行政困境之因應等。最後,教學的反思概括了從事教育志工的反思及參與品德課程教學的反思。期待則包括對教育課程、對得勝者老師、對自己及對學校及得勝者教育協會的期待。 基於上述之研究發現,研究者提出相關之建議,期望提供學校、相關機構及教育志工對於從事教育服務相關事宜作為可參考之依據。
The purpose of this study is to understand the experience of the volunteers of the Champions Education Association in implementing moral education in schools, where contains the motivation and intention of volunteers participation in service, positive experience and self-harvesting in the teaching process, the dilemma and responding strategies that volunteers going through. The reflection, expectation and future suggestions for engaging in educational services from the volunteers’ perspective are also explored. This study adopted the method of qualitative research interviewed Six educational volunteers of the Champions Education Association were interview by using semi-structural outlines. The interview data was organized by adopting the Analysis Hierarchy Analysis. The main findings are as follows: First of all, the motivation and original intention of teaching include the friends’ invitation, life planning, the practice of belief ideas, the concept of identifying institutions of moral courses, and self-interest. Secondly, the teaching experience includes positive ones and self-harvest. Third, the dilemma faced includes the current situation of teaching, the dilemmas from individuals and families, and the difficulties of being a convener. The coping methods include the strategies of teaching dilemmas, the response of personal and family dilemma, the response of the convener's administrative dilemma. Finally, the reflection of teaching summarizes the thinking of engaged in educational volunteers and the reflection of participating in the teaching of moral courses. Expectations towards the curriculum, the teachers of the Champions, volunteers themselves, the schools and the Champions Education Association were also figured out. Based on the above findings, this study proposes relevant recommendations which can be a reference for schools, related institutions and educational volunteers engaging in education services related matters.
