本研究旨在探討諮商心理師於專業發展與專業認同的關係。施以「諮商員專業 發展評量表」與「諮商心理師專業認同量表」後,共回收 319 份有效問卷,再依據 資料進行描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關與迴歸分析 後,研究結果發現如下: 一、專業發展與專業認同達顯著弱相關 二、專業發展具有連續性的差異 三、專業認同在身份年資對專業發展不具中介效果影響 四、督導經驗透過專業認同影響專業發展 五、不同全職實習場域對專業發展與專業認同皆無差異 六、不同工作場域對專業發展與專業認同有差異 七、額外學習與專業發展無關、與專業認同有關 八、比起專業發展,正式諮商的經驗可能對生活問題更有幫助 九、專兼職工作角色不會對專業發展造成差異影響 最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並進一步對諮商受訓者、諮商培訓者與諮商研究者提出建議,以供參考。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between professional development and professional identity of counseling psychologists. Instruments used in the study including Psychology Questionnaire for Professional Development and Psychology Questionnaire for Professional Identity of counselor. Then, We got 319 effective sample to analyze. These data were analyzed by the procedures of descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and regression. The result of the study were as follows: 1. Professional development and professional identity are significantly weakly correlated. 2. There are continuity differences in professional development. 3. The influence of professional identity on professional development have no intermediary effect. 4. Supervisory experience influences professional development through professional identity. 5. There is no difference in professional development and professional identity in different counseling internship fields. 6. Different workplaces have differences in professional development and professional identity. 7. The experience of additional learning is not related to professional development, but related to professional identity. 8. Those who have had formal consultation experience have lower self-awareness than those who have no formal experience in consultation. 9. The full-time and part-time job role of the counseling psychologist have not different impact on professional development. Finally, according to these findings, some suggestions for learner, trainer and research of consultation.
