不同型濾波器積體電路設計應用於電力線通訊傳輸系統

摘要


電力線通訊傳輸之方便性在於不需要額外布置或裝設線纜,只需透過居家或室外公共場所牆上的插座,即可傳達我們的Data來下指令,本論文的調變技術以FSK為基礎來傳輸訊息,其FSK頻率分別為125kHz與138kHz。本系統電路大致分成傳輸端與接收端,在傳輸端與接收端各有一組濾波器(TX-Filter和 RX-Filter),濾波器即為本電路核心,其中將更深入探討濾波器的不同形式有不同的特色及用途,其中包含Butterworth、Chebyshev、Bessel之後將更衍伸出濾波器的Decay、phase、Group delay等參數。在TX-Filter中本論文以四階低通串接四階高通構成带通濾波器,而在RX-Filter中本論文以Butterworth型式設計出十三階濾波器,之後更加上由全通濾波器所構成的等化器(Equalizer)來修正多階數而造成的群組延遲量(Group Delay)。 經過量測,分別送進Data0001,0011,0111,0101等資料進入電路系統,結果大約都有25~30us的delay狀況,與模擬結果差不多,之後再把Data經由電力線發送端系統送上市電60Hz,經過證實,電力線頻帶對於市電的衰減量大約有1~2dB的衰減,並証明利用電力線傳輸資料是可行的。

The convenience of the power line communication is for not being necessary to assign or install any cable in additionally, only needs to connect through the socket over the house or any outdoor wall of a public place to transmit from our data for making orders. In this thesis, the modulation is based on Frequence Shift Key(FSK) to transmit the information, among them, FSK frequency is 125 and 138KHZ respectively. This systematic circuit roughly is divided into a transmitter and a receiver. Each of them has a filter(TX-Filter & RX-Filter), that represents the circuit core. It will be read up the multi-form of the filters and their different characteristics and utility. Including: Butterworth , Chebyshev , Bessel. Later, it will extend more parameters of Decay, phase, Group delay...etc as well. In the TX-Filter, this thesis uses a lowpass to overlap the highpass and the form bandpassfilter, and in the RX-Filter, this thesis uses the Butterworth to design a 13 orders filter. Later, we’ve added the Equalizer formed of the filter to revise the Group Delay. After measuring, sending to the Data respectively 0001, 0011, 0111, 0101 into the circuit system, resulted to a delay of 25~30us, similar to the simulation result. Then the Data is sent by a via power line system merchandize electric 60HZ to hand over. Later verified, the frequency band of the power line probably has a decayed of 1~2dB, and this proves the feasible of utilizing the power line to transmit the materials.
