摘要


節能減碳是近期內不論是政府的政策和各企業營運策略對環境保護和降低成本的一大課題,早期在生產液晶顯示器是處於供不應求的時期,主要以生產時良率為最主設計,提昇產能和擴大生產規模為主,能源的使用量,不是主要的考量的重點,隨著大量的擴充生產線後加上外在經濟環境因素不佳,出現供給大於需求的季節性變化(液晶週期CRYSTAL CYCLE),一個節能系統的設計在自動化生產線上已是必要的。 本論文將使用即時能源資料擷取系統和電腦整合製造系統 CIM(Computer-Integrated Manufacturing)整合,進行能源監控並利用可程式控制器,提供簡易有效之控制方法節省能源(水,電力,氣體)的使用量。核心技術在於資料之傳輸、統計分析及透過網路監控功能的提昇,並藉由自動化之電力監控和控制系統,能便捷地蒐集到電力資料和降低能源的使用。 本設計與智慧電網相同設計的概念,以機器學習類神經網路、和基於規則的專家系統與基礎可程式控制邏輯等方法對能源使用量做出最有效的管理控制,經實現證明此系統可依照構想順利運作,達到節能效果,適時降低能源使用量改善電力品質監控預防超約用電。

Reduce carbon emissions in the near term, whether the Government's policy and strategy of the business operations and reduce costs of environmental protection a major issue, early in the production of liquid crystal display is in short supply in the period, mainly in the production yield for the most master design, improve productivity and expand the production scale-based, energy use, not the main factors to consider, with the large amount of line after the expansion of students with poor external economic environmental factors, there seasonal changes in supply than demand (LCD Cycle or CRYSTAL CYCLE), an energy system design in the automated production line is necessary. This paper will use real-time energy data acquisition systems and computer integrated manufacturing system, CIM integration, the energy monitoring and the use of programmable controller, providing simple and effective method of control to save energy(water, electricity, gas) usage. Core technology lies in data transmission, statistical analysis and upgrading of the network monitoring and automation of electric power by monitoring and control system, power can easily gather information and reduce energy use. The design of the same design with the smart grid concept to machine learning, neural networks, and rule-based expert system based on programmable logic control methods such as the demand for electricity to make the most effective control, this system can be proved by the realization of ideas in accordance with Smooth operation to save energy, reduce energy use in due course to improve power quality monitoring to prevent extreme about electricity.
