本研究旨在探討國中導師轉型領導與學生反學校行為之關係,主要研究問題有三:(一)瞭解南投縣某國中學生所知覺之導師轉型領導與學生反學校行為之現況為何?(二)瞭解國中學生所知覺之導師轉型領導程度,是否會影響學生反學校行為程度?(三)瞭解國中學生所知覺之導師轉型領導程度,對學生反學校行為程度是否具有預測性? 為回答以上研究問題,本研究乃採用問卷調查法,以研究者改編之「國中導師轉型領導行為量表」、「國中學生反學校行為調查量表」為研究工具,以南投縣某國中學生為對象,採分層比例隨機抽樣,共抽取學生370人。所蒐集之資料以描述統計分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析、典型相關分析,及多元迴歸分析等方式進行統計處理,本研究之主要發現如下: 一、南投縣某國中導師在轉型領導行為各層面之表現,屬中上程度,其中領導表現程度最高者為「激勵」領導;最低者為「魅力」領導。 二、南投縣某國中學生在反學校行為各層面之表現,屬中低程度,其中反學校行為表現程度最高者為「疏離冷漠」;最低者為「偏激反抗」。 三、國中學生所知覺之整體導師轉型領導程度,與其整體反學校行為表現程度,存在顯著負相關,轉型領導四層面中又以「魅力」領導,與整體學生反學校行為之相關程度最高。 四、國中學生所知覺之導師轉型領導程度,對其整體反學校行為表現程度,具有顯著預測力,其中又以「魅力」和「智力刺激」對學生反學校行為表現的預測力最高。 本研究根據研究結果,分別針對國中導師、學校行政、教育行政機關,及未來研究者,提出具體建議如下: 首先,對國中導師之建議為:自我充實教育及知識專業、增進師生溝通、全面性地關心每一個學生、視班級情境進行權變領導;其次,對學校行政之建議為:鼓勵教師自組學習團隊、設置班級經營分享平台、建立導師輔導與評鑑機制;復次,對教育行政機關的建議為:強化師資培育階段對教師領導能力的訓練、敦促教師在職進修;最末,對未來研究者的建議為:加入質性研究法,深度訪談具強烈反學校行為的學生,並將學生背景變項納入研究內容加以探討,以求能更完整瞭解學生反學校行為的肇因。
The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the junior high school teachers’ transformational leadership and students’ counter-school behaviors. The study wants to answer three questions: 1.What’s the actual condition of teachers’ leadership and students’ counter-school behaviors in one junior high school? 2. To understand if the junior high school teachers’ transformational leadership can influence students’ counter-school behaviors? 3. To understand if the junior high school teachers’ transformational leadership can predict students’ counter-school behaviors? In order to answer these questions above, the research used questionnaires to investigate 370 junior high school students in Nantou County. Acquired data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product moment correlation, canonical correlation, and multiple regression analysis methods. Some conclusions of the thesis are found as follows: 1.The junior high school teachers’ transformational leadership is above average, among these leadership behaviors, the highest is “inspirational leadership”, and the lowest is “charisma leadership”. 2.The junior high school students’ counter-school behaviors is below average, among these counter-school behaviors, the highest is “the evading and perfunctory”, and the lowest is “the extreme resistant”. 3.There is a significant and negative correlation between the junior high school teachers’ leadership behaviors and students’ counter-school behaviors. Among the four kinds of transformational leaderships, there is highly correlation between the “charisma leadership” and students’ counter-school behaviors. 4.The junior high school students’ counter-school behaviors could be predicted significantly by teachers’ transformational leadership. Among which the “inspirational leadership” and the “charisma leadership” have the highest predictive power.
