大學生職涯自我效能與職涯服務需求關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Undergraduate Students’ Career Self-efficacy and Career Needs

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生職涯自我效能與職涯服務需求之關係,主要目的在於瞭解大學生職涯自我效能以及職涯服務需求之現況、個人背景變項對於職涯自我效能以及職涯服務需求之差異情形,職涯自我效能與職涯服務需求之關聯性、職涯自我效能對職涯服務需求之預測力。本研究採取修改後自編「職涯自我效能量表與職涯服務需求量表」,並對中彰投地區大專校院大一學生展開問卷調查,總計發出592份正式問卷,有效問卷計570份,以統計套裝軟體SPSS進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗(t-test)、單因子變異數分析(One-Way ANOVA)、Pearson積差相關與逐步多元迴歸分析等統計分析,獲得結論如下: 一、大學生具中等以上程度之職涯自我效能感,其中以自我瞭解評估為最高,以未來計畫擬定、收集職業資料為最低。 二、大學生有中高程度之職涯服務需求,其中以生涯規劃需求度為最高,次之為環境探索,並以生涯準備為最低。 三、大學生個人背景對於職涯自我效能部分顯著差異。 四、大學生個人背景對於職涯服務需求部分顯著差異。 五、大學生職涯自我效能與職涯服務需求呈現顯著正相關。 六、大學生職涯自我效能對職涯服務需求具預測力,以自我瞭解評估預測力最佳。

The purpose of this study was to explore relationships between undergraduate students’ career self-efficacy and career needs. The study investigated differences of undergraduate students’ career-efficacy and career needs in their demographic variables, and the relationship between undergraduate students’ career self-efficacy and career needs. In addition, the predictive ability of undergraduate students’ career self-efficacy to career needs was tested. The research uses modified questionnaires from previous studies, including “career self-efficacy scale” and “career needs scale” for investigation to the freshmen of undergraduate students. There are 592 questionnaires issued and 570 valid ones received. The SPSS 18.0 was used for analyses of mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA,Pearson’s product-moment correlation and step-wise regression. This research conclusions are as follows. 1.The undergraduate students' career self-efficacy has shown medium degree, the “self-understanding”is the highest, the “problem solving” and “future planning” are the two lowest items. 2.The undergraduate students' career needs show medium-high degree, the “career planning” is the highest, then is “workplace exploring” and the lowest is “career preparing”. 3.Undergraduate students with different backgrounds have partial statistically significant at career self-efficacy. 4.Undergraduate students with different backgrounds have also partial statistically significant at career needs. 5.There is a positive significant correlation between career self-efficacy and career needs among undergraduate students. 6.The career self-efficacy can effectively predict undergraduate students' career needs. “self-understanding ” of career self-efficacy has best predictive ability.
