臺中市公立國民小學級任教師班級經營策略與班級經營效能關係之研究

A Study on the Relationships Among Class Management Strategy and Class Management Effectiveness of Primary School Teachers in Taichung City

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市市立國民小學級任教師班級經營策略與班級經營效能關係之研究,及不同背景變項之國小級任教師在班級經經營策略與班級經營效能之差異情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法,採隨機取樣的方式,對臺中市市立國民小學之級任教師班級經營策略與班級經營效能的現況進行調查研究。研究工具為「國小級任教師班級經營策略與班級經營效能調查問卷」。共寄出990份問卷,回收有效問卷843份,有效問卷回收率達85.1%。問卷所得資料以Windows for SPSS 20.0 版統計套裝軟體進行項目分析、因素分析、描述性統計、t 考驗、變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與迴歸分析等統計方法處理,加以分析討論,歸納出以下結論: 一、臺中市市立國民小學級任教師班級經營策略之現況屬於高程度。 二、臺中市市立國民小學級任教師班級經營效能之現況屬於中上程度到高程度。 三、臺中市市立國民小學級任教師班級經營策略之現況,在不同性別、不同年齡、不同學歷、不同學校位 置及不同學校規模等背景變項上無顯著差異。 四、臺中市市立國民小學級任教師班級經營策略之現況,在不同服務年資的背景變項上有顯著差異。 五、臺中市市立國民小學級任教師班級經營效能之現況,在不同性別、不同學歷、不同學校位置及不同學 校規模等背景變項上無顯著差異。 六、臺中市市立國民小學級任教師班級經營效能之現況,在不同年齡與不同服務年資等背景變項上有顯著 差異。 七、臺中市市立國民小學級任教師班級經營策略與班級經營效能有顯著的正相關。班級經營策略愈好, 班級經營效能愈高。 根據上述的研究結果,提出相關建議,以供國民小學級任教師、教育行政機關、以及後續研究參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships between class management strategy and classroom management effectiveness of primary school teachers in taichung city, and to explore the differences of the class management strategy and classroom management effectiveness of primary school teachers in different background variables. In this study, the questionnaire survey method and the random sampling method were used to investigate the current situation of the class management strategy and classroom management effectiveness of primary school teachers at the level of public primary schools in taichung city. Research tools for the " class management strategy and classroom management effectiveness of primary school teachers questionnaire". A total of 990 questionnaires were sent and 843 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective questionnaire recovered 85.1%. parents.The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software package. In this study, means and standard derivations are used to understand thedistribution of the variables. T-test and one-way ANOVA are applied to compare thedifferences of the variables. Pearson product-moment correlation is taken to measurethe correlations among the variables.Finally, the condition prediction was verified by Regression Analysis. Based on the statistical analysis of the questionnaires, the study findings are induced as follows: 1. In Taichung City, the class management strategy of primary school teachers in the current situation was high level. 2. In Taichung City, the class management strategy of primary school teachers in the current situation was high-intermediate level to high level. 3. The current situation of the class management strategy of primary school teachers in taichung city,there are no significant differences in the background variables of different gender, different qualifications, different educational backgrounds, different school locations and different school size 4. The current situation of the class management strategy of primary school teachers in taichung city,there are significant differences in the background variables of different service years. 5. The current situation of the classroom management effectiveness of primary school teachers in taichung city,there are no significant differences in the background variables of different gender, different educational backgrounds, different school locations and different school size. 6. The current situation of the classroom management effectiveness of primary school teachers in taichung city,there are significant differences in the background variables of different qualifications and different service years. 7. There is a significant positive correlation between the class management strategy and classroom management effectiveness of primary school teachers at the level of public primary schools in taichung city.The better the class management strategy, the higher the classroom management effectiveness. Based on the above findingds,the stydy proposed specific suggestions for teachers in elementary school, educational authorities, and future research.
