本研究以參與桃園市部落文化健康站懷舊活動之高齡學習者為研究對象,旨在探討原住民高齡學習者學習動機與心理健康、生命意義之關係,提供高齡學習者、部落文化健康站及政府重要性之參考。採用問卷調查法進行研究,以「高齡者學習動機量表」、「高齡者心理健康狀況衡量問卷」、「高齡者生命意義量表」為研究工具,共得有效樣本115 份。統計方法之使用包括:描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法分析。 研究結論歸納如下: 一、不同的學習者,影響學習動機程度,表現在不同年齡、教育程度及居住地區。 二、高齡學習者學習動機對心理健康有顯著預測力。 三、高齡學習者學習動機對生命意義有顯著預測力。 依據上述的結論,本研究提出幾點建議以供參考: 一、對高齡者建議:高齡者宜及早規劃退休生活,並積極參與各種學習活動,以應付生活需求。 二、對部落文化健康站建議:不同年齡層、不同學歷、不同性別宜設計不同之課程內容,以提升高齡學習者之學習動機進而增加心理健康及生命意義感。 三、對未來研究之建議:後續研究可提高研究樣本數,就不同地區或不同學習課程採隨機抽樣,以比較不同學習者,其學習動機對心理健康與生命意義的關係。並考慮文化認知差異對於問卷的說明應更詳盡。
This study is based on the older people learners who participate in the nostalgic activities of the Taoyuan City Tribal Cultural Health Improvement Station. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the motivation of aboriginal older learners and their mental health and aspects of own,s life meaning, and to provide important learners and tribal cultural health improvement stations. Using the questionnaire, the "Elderly Mental Health Questionnaire", the "Elderly Life Meaning Questionnaire" and the "Elderly Learning Motivation Scale" were used as research tools, and a total of 115 valid samples were obtained. The use of statistical analyze methods includes: descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and other statistical methods. The conclusions of the study are summarized as follows: 1. Different learners influence the degree of motivation of learning, which is expressed in different ages, educational levels and living areas. 2. The learning motivation of older learners has a significant predictive power for mental health. 3. The learning motivation of senior learners has a significant predictive effect on the meaning of life. Based on the above conclusions, this study makes several suggestions for successor: 1. Suggestions for senior citizens: Older people should plan their retirement as early as possible and actively participate in various learning activities to cope with their needs. 2. The recommendations for the tribal cultural health improvement station: different age groups, different education, different genders should design different course content, in order to improve the learning motivation of senior learners and increase mental health and their sense of life. 3. The recommendations for future research: follow-up research can increase the number of research samples, random sampling in different regions or different learning courses to compare the relationship between different learning learners' motivation, mental health and life meaning. And consider the differences in cultural cognition for the description of the questionnaire should be more detailed.
