中高齡百貨業婦女在工作家庭衝突與婚姻滿意度關係之研究

本研究旨在探討中高齡百貨業婦女在工作家庭衝突、婚姻滿意度之關係研究，依個人背景變項在工作家庭衝突、婚姻滿意度之差異，工作家庭衝突與婚姻滿意度之相關，個人背景變項對工作家庭衝突與婚姻滿意度之預測，以及工作家庭衝突對婚姻滿意度之影響。本研究採問卷調查法，透過自陳量表對台中市兩間百貨公司專櫃小姐進行調查，年齡設定於45~65歲中高齡百貨業婦女，共計回收220份有效問卷，使用SPSS 20統計分析軟體進行描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森績差相關以及逐步多元迴歸分析，研究結果歸納如下: 一、中高齡百貨業婦女對於工作家庭衝突的感受程度屬於低偏中度。二、中高齡百貨業婦女在婚姻滿意度的感受程度屬於中上程度。三、影響中高齡百貨業婦女在工作家庭衝突的個人背景因素，包括服務年資、家庭(月)所得、每日工作時數。四、影響中高齡百貨業婦女在婚姻滿意度的個人背景因素，包括教育程度、子女數、家庭(月)所得、每日家務時數。五、中高齡百貨業婦女之工作家庭衝突與婚姻滿意度具有負相關。六、中高齡百貨業婦女之工作家庭衝突對婚姻滿意度具有預測力。

The feelings of middle-aged and senior women in department stores have a middle- to-high degree of marital satisfaction. 3. The personal background factors that affect the work-family conflicts of middle-aged and senior women in department stores, including years of service, family Court (month) income, daily working hours. 4. Personal background factors that affect the marriage satisfaction of middle-aged and senior women in department stores, including education level, children Number, household (month) income, daily housework hours. 5. There is a negative correlation between work-family conflicts and marital satisfaction among middle-aged women in department stores. 6. Middle-aged women in department stores have predictive power in work- family conflict to wards marital satisfaction.
