少子化之下課後輔導學校的管理

The management of after-school tutorial school under the declining birth rate

摘要

少子化的現今，家長為了給孩子一個很棒的未來，不惜重金花在小孩的教育費用上，因而造就了許多的補習班。少子化下，補習班卻越來越多，供給大於需求，補習班經營出現了的困難。此研究為個案探討，了解補習班如何經營。在少子化下，補習班的經營、衝擊和因應之道，將訪談內容之重要觀念，做為分析與討論之基礎。補習班的認知服務品質對滿意度有顯著影響，認知服務品質的有形性、可靠性、保證性、體貼性等構面對滿意度的環境滿意、課程內容、能力提升、學習支持，具有顯著的互動關聯性。主要在探討個案補習班經營策略。透過訪談、參與觀察及文件分析等方式蒐集資料。

Under the declining birth rate, parents would like to give their children a wonderful future, spending a lot of money on their education which create many cram schools. Under the declining birth rate, the reach can understand how the cram school runs, impact and response of the methods. Cram schools are more and more supply exceeds demand. They run more differently. The reach discusses mainly the strategy of the cram school, through interviews, participant observations and analysis documents gather information. The satisfaction has received the considerable influence from the acknowledgement. The recognized qualities on the tangibles, the reliability, the responsiveness, the assurance, and the thoughtfulness have remarkable interactions with the satisfactions on the learning atmosphere, the seminar arrangement, the capability promoting, and the academic support. The important concept of the interview are the basis for analysis and discussion. Through interviews, participative observation, and documentary analysis, data is collected.
