本研究旨在探討全國高中職輔導教師角色壓力、情緒勞務與工作耗竭及三者間關係。為達研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,以109學年度全國公立高中職(共計296所)輔導教師為母群體,以便利取樣方式,共發出電子暨紙本問卷共275份,回收有效問卷為270份,問卷可用率約98.1%。問卷所得資料以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。主要研究結果如下: 1.高中職輔導教師整體角色壓力、情緒勞務程度為中等;整體工作耗竭為低度。 2.不同性別、年齡、學校規模、輔導工作年資、職務、專業背景之高中職輔導教師在角色壓力上有顯著差異。 3.不同學校規模、專業背景之高中職輔導教師在情緒勞務上有顯著差異。 4.不同輔導工作年資之高中職輔導教師在工作耗竭上有顯著差異。 5.高中職輔導教師在角色壓力與情緒勞務、工作耗竭三個變項之間,兩兩有顯著的正相關。 6.情緒勞務在角色壓力對工作耗竭之間具有中介效果。 最後,研究者根據研究結果,提出具體建議,做為高中職輔導實務及未來研究之參考,並期許此研究對現今高中職輔導教師族群之工作狀態有初步的現況了解,提供後續研究延伸的題材。
This study aimed to explore the relationship between role stress, emotional labor, and job burnout of senior high school counseling teachers. To achieve the purpose of this study, it adopted convenience sampling, the questionnaire survey method and the mother population is national senior high school counseling teachers of 2021. Based on the paper-based and web-based questionnaires, there are over 275 questionnaires distributed and a total of 270 valid are collected. The effective response rate is 98.1%. All data collected were analyzed by the descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression methods. The major finding of the study are summarized as follows: 1.Senior high school counseling teachers on average showed a middle level of role stress and emotional labor, a low level of job burnout. 2.There are significant differences in the role stress of high school counseling teachers of different genders, ages, school scales, tutoring years, positions, and professional backgrounds. 3.The senior high school counseling teachers in different school sizes and training backgrounds reach the significant differences in emotional labor. 4.The senior high school counseling teachers in different guidance work tenure reach the significant differences in job burnout. 5.There are significant positive correlations between role stress, emotional labor, and job burnout among senior high school counseling teachers. 6.Emotional labor has a mediating effect on the relationship between role stress and job burnout. Finally, based on the study results, suggestions and different themes for the future academic fields are provided for senior high school counseling teachers as reference.
