本研究旨在了解台中市國民小學校長服務領導與組織學習之現況,並分析其關係。採用文獻分析,探討國民小學校長服務領導與組織學習之理論內涵,並據以編製「台中市國民小學校長服務領導與組織學習調查問卷」,進行資料的蒐集與分析研究。總計發出問卷780份,回收有效問卷689份,回收率為89.49%,所得問卷資料以SPSS12.0軟體,進行百分比、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffé 事後檢定、Pearson積差相關和典型相關等統計分析,獲得研究結論如下: 一、台中市國小教師知覺校長服務領導之現況良好。 二、台中市國小教師組織學習之現況良好。 三、不同背景變項的男性、教師兼主任、服務年資21年以上及學校規模為25-48班的國民小學教師,在校長服務領導上的知覺較佳。 四、不同背景變項的男性、41-50歲、教師兼主任、服務年資16-20年和5年以下及學校規模為25-48班的國民小學教師,在組織學習上的表現較佳。 五、台中市國民小學校長服務領導與組織學習有顯著正相關,亦即台中市國民小學教師在校長服務領導上知覺愈高,則組織學習也愈佳。 本研究最後根據以上結論,提出具體建議,以供教育行政機構、國小校長、國 小教師及後續研究之參考。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the current condition of servant leadership of elementary school principals and organization learning in Taichung, as well as to examine the correlation between them. In order to probe into the purpose, reading and organizing literature is the first step. Then, means of questionnaires was adopted to collect data and research. The research tool used during this study is “Questionnaire of servant leadership of elementary school principals and organization learning”. There are total 689 effective samples out of 780 questionnaires which were collected in the survey. The effective rate is 89.49%. The collected data were processed by SPSS 12.0 for windows. With SPSS 12.0, the following questionnaire data were obtained: percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé post hoc tests, Pearson product moment correlation and Canonical correlation statistical analysis. The main results of this study are as the following: 1. The perception of principals’ servant leadership in Taichung elementary school is good. 2. The perception of organization learning in Taichung elementary school is good. 3. Different background variables in the male, teacher and director, over 21 years of teaching experience and those who are teaching in schools with 25 to 48 classes of elementary school teachers do better in the principals’ servant leadership. 4. Different background variables in the male, 41-50 years old, teacher and director, 16-20 years and five years of teaching experience and those who are teaching in schools with 25-48 classes of elementary school teachers so better in the organization learning. 5. There is significant positive correlation between principals’ servant leadership and organization learning. Among elementary school teachers in Taichung, those who have better servant leadership have better organization learning. Finally, based on the results of this research, some suggestions are offered for reference to education authorities, the elementary school principals, the elementary school teachers and future research.
